Parts arrived broken and getting replacements was timely. The top did not have inserts to be assembled like it didn’t make it through manufacturing. Had to request them and install those myself (15). The drawer lock does not work. Appears the lock mechanism is not close enough to latch, but to fix I would need to pull the top off and potentially break something. The dowels are over sized so much you will have to hammer them in. This is a very heavy desk and well designed....but the QA process needs an over haul.

Assembly is a bit tricky but the desk is very sturdy. The finishes are awesome and the packaging they ship it in really keeps it from any damage!

It wasn’t so easy to assemble, it take us few hours but all worth it. Stunning desk and great material. We all love it.

What not to say about this excellent, hardy desk? It has large work surfaces and accompanying desktop/laptop cable management system. The pullout keyboard tray can also accommodate a mouse for better ease of use. The only thing I would recommend is that you utilize the white glove delivery service. This is a very robust (500lbs) piece that I would have shipped to a receiver/assembler Zuri chooses in your area. From a damage/liability and assembly standpoint, let the pro's do it. You will be hard-pressed to utilize all the space this unit has to offer. I will be a lifelong customer of Zuri Contemporary Comfort.

The desk is very sturdy. Hard to assemble but at the end i loved the finish product!

I purchased 2 of these desks for my business. The first one was a little tricky to assemble, but the second one went together with no problem. The instructions are a little difficult to follow. I received the same instructions even though I bought a left and a right return desk. I soon discovered to just do the opposite for the right return. I think everyone can agree that assembling anything is a drag, but I am quite pleased with the final product. I recommend this desk for any office. It is very sturdy, modern, and professional looking. I have received numerous compliments from guests and best of all, it will last my business for many years to come and I won't have to build a new desk for a long time.

Wonderful desk. It really is as beautiful as the picture. The delivery people put it together in not time and all office items fit perfectly in there. We removed the keyboard tray to make more room for legs, that was the only adjustment we made. Perfect modern office furniture.
