Is the doll from the UK the same as the US model?

I'm not sure. I have the USA Model, Of the Barbie the Movie Presidential Doll.

Does the car come with the doll? How do you get the car?

There are two cars that the dolls can fit into. One retails for $75.00 and was available through Mattel and a few other vendors. The other is a remote-control car that is listed on Amazon which is being sold for around $55.00, unless sold by a third party. There is also a 1:64 scale that being made by Hot Wheels, but good luck seeing that anywhere in the stores. It should sell for around $6.99, but likely is double the price via third party. Hope this helps.
