Lol, my wife said it was difficult to use but she didn't read the manual either! I did simple to use and great for freezing items

Works well
This product works great!! I’m a little confused. I ordered a gray sealer and received a camo colored sealer. Very unexpected. I would return it but it works very well.

Broken before shipped
The item was broken before it was shipped out. The seller is resealing return items which are listed as new. All fairness vacuum suction works, what is not working is the clamp does work. Unless I wanted to stand AND hold down the foodsealer it will never work as designed. I reach out to this seller but never got a response 2 weeks, Amazon said I'd need to work with seller towards a resolution which never occurred. $$$ I lost cash money

The product works just fine!
So after listening to a bunch of whiners unable to follow instructions or purchase the wrong sized sealer or bags, I was apprehensive about this unit. I have had several food savers in the past. This product has some versatility they did not. THE PRODUCT WORKS FINE!! Use some common sense, and yes make sure your bag is flat when doing a suck n seal! No is doesn't matter what side of the bag is up when sealing. Buy the thing and enjoy it!

Disappointing Purchase
I know it's awhile since purchasing this product. it worked great for a couple of months then I noticed it only works for a short period of time. I don't know if it gets overheated. I have to plug this out for at least 1/2 before it can be used again I have tried using it but now it's a vegetable with me only doing just about 2 bags then nothing. i don't know how long this was supposed to last for bur now it's a dud.

This unit is very good. Able to use the bags for a different brand unit as well as those made specifically for this unit.
