There are 2 packs in 1 bag. One pack is the normal size for one serving. It is for a snack, not a meal. If you're a person who eats more than the average person or if you want to eat it for one meal, you need probably 2 bags, but it's hard to say because the amount varies from person to person. To put it objectively, one pack is 130 grams.
