I recently purchased the QUMY 4PCS Dog Boots/Shoes & Paw Protectors in Purple - Size 7 for my 90lb German Shepard, and I couldn't be happier with them! These boots are an absolute game-changer for anyone looking to protect their dog's paws from hot pavement and summer heat. Perfect Fit: After following QUMY's instructions for measuring her feet, I ordered Size 7. When the boots arrived, I initially thought they might be too small, but they turned out to be the perfect fit. The boots are flexible yet hard-soled, providing excellent protection without sacrificing comfort. Comfort and Security: I followed QUMY's suggestions to help her feel comfortable with the boots. After showing them to her, telling her how great they were going to be for a couple of days, and giving her treats, I tried putting them on her. The first attempt was met with "what the heck?" —she quickly removed the first boot with her teeth. However, persistence paid off. The next day, I tried again, and to my delight, she adjusted beautifully. The two velcro straps ensure a secure fit, preventing the boots from slipping off. Durability and Performance: We took these boots on a hiking trip to the high hot desert of Arizona, and they exceeded all expectations. She trotted around like she owned the place, navigating sharp rocks, sticks, and hot sand with ease. The breathable mesh kept her paws cool, while the nonslip soles provided excellent traction on various surfaces. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I had a small cosmetic issue with one of the dog shoes I received, and the company was incredibly quick and kind in resolving it. They sent me a brand new set right away! If you ever have any issues with the product, definitely email them. They are so nice and truly care about making sure you’re happy. Great customer service and great product! I actually bought two sets in different sizes because my dog’s back paws are smaller than her front ones, and they fit perfectly! She walks in them with no problem and they stay on really well. Also, they’re so freaking cute. We get “aww” looks and compliments every time she wears them! Thickness: It’s thick to protect her paws and keep foxtails from poking her! Ease of removal: Easy to remove with the straps Comfort: She walks easily in them. Size: Have to buy 2 sizes. She wears a size 5 in the back and size 6 in the front. Waterproof: Not sure if it’s waterproof. Haven’t tested it in the rain. We bought these for summer time and have the other version they sell for rainy cold days. Stay on: They stay on if you strap them tight enough! Sometime my dog will kick in the grass after she does her business and the shoes will loosen up and come off eventually. I bought bandage to wrap around the shoe to her leg for longer walks so she can’t kick them off easily

Well made, flexible and stay on very well, I put them on my german shepard and after 10 minutes she was running around like nothing happened.

Fits perfectly and the quality is definitely A+! I love how easy these are to put on, and they actually stay secure while moving around. Incredible value for such a sharp-looking shoe. Simply perfect!

Dog boots; too stiff not plyable, and not high enough on leg to securely fasten well. Appear to be made well but the thick rubber soles are hard (dog did not want to wear them) and kicked off immediately (came off easily). Made in China.

I purchased these for hiking so our dog would not cut or bruise her paws on the trails. They went on and secured easily and the fit seemed to run according to the size chart offered by the company. It took her a bit to learn to walk in them (kind of spastic at first), but she didn’t dislike them. She wore them around the house and yard off and on before leaving on our trip. On the first day of hiking, she seemed to be moving well in the shoes, but we still decided to stop and check her paws at about the half mile mark. I was so upset to see that the mesh had rubbed the skin off her paws. I cannot even imagine what she would have experienced if we had continued further into the hike before checking! These shoes had so many great reviews, but I assume they must all be for the fleece lined version. I purchased the breathable, mesh version for hiking during the heat of summer, and they were not safe shoes for dogs. I included pictures of our dog’s paws the day after the hike that was cut short so we could get home and clean her paws and apply antibacterial salve. She got to hang out in the air conditioning during the rest of the trip, which was a let down for her because she LOVES being outdoors. Please use caution if you purchase these for your dog.

These dog shoes are amazing. They are high quality and durable. The Velcro straps help keep the shoes stay on and protects my dog’s paws from the hot cement during the summer time. My dog can now walk longer in the heat. It also keep the dirt off of her paws and I’ve seen less paw infections since using them. A must have for desert living.

Great product!! These shoes work great for my 1 year old cavalier. We walk on a lot of concrete & I wanted to get him something to protect his pads on hot days & salt-treated winters. These shoes are durable, easy to put on, & pretty stylish too. They take a little getting used to because of the rubber sole, but he adjusted to them quickly. I had an issue initially with figuring out the right size, but the company had great customer service & prompt resolution to ensure we got just the perfect fit. (Pro tip… we started doing our walks with dog socks when he was a puppy & once he got used to those graduated to shoes with no difficulty.) Now he thinks he’s an Olympic track star zooming around all over the place! The sound of pitter-patter tippy-taps are an added bonus & makes me smile every time! :D (Iykyk)

I have tried them on my dog and they fit well! I have to wait for summer before actually using them but I am confident that they will more than do the job of keeping his feet protected from the hot pavement, etc Very pleased and am comfortable with Qumy products

I wasn't sure how my aging Golden Retriever would like the boots, but she barks at me to put them on for her. She can't stand very well on our hardwood floors. When she wants to get up, she tells me. When I put the boots on, she can walk on the floors and she can manage the stairs. I like that the straps are attached and that they fasten snuggly. Overall, a very helpful product for our family.

My Boxer is almost 10 and is having mobility issues where his back legs drag from time to time, causing his toes to bleed. We got these and they work very well. The rubber soles gave him better traction and protected his paws. They arrived quicker than anticipated and in perfect condition. I'm glad we were able to order just a 2 pack because we didn't need 4.
