The only issue was it didn’t fit but my friend used it for hers she says it’s really good

I took a chance. The product quality is fine but It didn’t fit my older ‘Hotpoint’ gas stove. I Returned it for refund. (I wound up just marking my old knob with 1 dot of ‘Wite Out’ to indicate 350 and a red dot of nail polish for ‘Broil’. ) I use an inside the oven hanging thermometer so I know the knob markings are accurate for the oven’s middle rack.

We’ve used this dial a handful of times now to bake items such as bacon and ribs. I can confidently now say that this item did not get hot during use or even got close to slightly melting. We did not let the oven door stay open after shutting it off. This is a great replacement for our OEM dial. I am confused by the other negative reviews.

My old stove temp dial was worn and the numbers barely visible. This knob works perfectly although it doesn't match, it is great to be able to select the correct temperature. There is a dial on the back to adjust the dial for more accurate temp- (I had to use an oven thermometer) as the factory setting was about 50 degrees off. The adjustment was east to do and correct.

It fit

The knob itself is fine. It just did not work with my stove. I am returning it.

Looks exactly like the old one on my stove. When it arrived it was exactly and better than the one on my stove

After turning on the stove the knon burned

The knob turns the wrong direction on my stove so can't use it.
