I'm overly cautious when it comes to germs so I really liked the idea of having an automatic soap dispenser. It's very easy to fill and holds a lot of soap. The dispenser requires AA batteries which are not included and it comes with mounting hardware. I had hoped it was attached via 3m tape because I have a big mirror behind my sink but it will have to be mounted in my main bathroom instead. This can't be installed in a shower as a shampoo dispenser either as its not waterproof. Overall I like it but I am concerned it will be difficult to change the batteries if they die while soap is in it...

Excellent product. Easy to install. Uses very little room on the wall. Touchless dispenser system works every time. Having this dispenser keeps the sink cleaner and allowed us to be rid of the dirty looking soap residue that is common with other types of soap. We use foaming liquid soap in the container, and it works great.

PROS: 1. Had it out of the box, mounted, and working in less than 10 mins. 2. comes with screws/drywall screws for mounting and key for locking top closed. Everything you need for install included. 3. small profile - but it holds an entire container. I am using this one for dishwashing soap and a new container of dawn filled it right to the top. 4. gets rid of your bottles! i was going to use it for hand sanitizer, but i really hate having my bottle of dishwashing soap on my otherwise tidy counter. Happy to have a tidy counter! 5. on off switch. NO Cons can be found - it works. if it stops working i will update review. Great unit for home because of the small profile and could be used for many different things. I want to get more for hand sanitizer and shampoo to get rid of the bottles.

[UPDATE: After 2 weeks of minimal use, one of the unit started to leak from the dispenser nozzle, but oddly enough, only one drop in the first 24 hours and then no leaking after that! The other 3 work fine. Will contact customer service and see what they say...] Purchased 4 to try out during a 50% off sale. This is to replace the small portable hand-held liquid soap dispenser in our church bathrooms, that have to be frequently refilled and result in a lot of soap waste as some kids over-pump. We quit using the counter-mount Bobricks because they were difficult to maintain/clean, replacement parts were expensive, and didn't work well if the soap was too viscous (especially during winter). Pros: -- very easy to install, mount is stabile/sturdy -- reasonable size tank, can easily see when needs refilling -- sensor is at bottom, works well, dispenses reasonable amount so no waste Neutral: -- on/off switch and battery compartment is at bottom, so we'll see if trying the turn it off (or change batteries) will trigger soap dispensing So far so good. We will try for a month, and then decide if we will be installing them in the bathrooms of our other building.
