cooling with glacier water
I am so impressed with the Parnell Glacial Biome Water No-Sebum Cushion! It provides a lightweight, natural finish while helping control excess oil throughout the day. The cooling effect feels refreshing on the skin, making it perfect for hot or humid weather.💙 Why I Love It:✔ Oil-absorbing & non-greasy – Keeps my skin shine-free for hours.✔ Hydrating & soothing – Doesn't dry out my skin like other mattifying cushions.✔ Cooling effect – Feels super refreshing on application!✔ Lightweight coverage – Evens out skin tone without feeling heavy.✔ Great for combo & oily skin – Balances oil while maintaining hydration. This is an ideal cushion for both oily and combination skin types looking for a shine-free yet healthy glow. Highly recommend!

Awesome product!
I bought this after seeing someone (wish I could remember her name) review it on Instagram. I'm going on vacation in a few weeks and I'll be outside a lot, but I also end up super shiny in the mornings after my skincare routine and I'd like to avoid that in vacation pictures! This stuff is AMAZING--it works quickly and removes the excess oil/shine from my skin without feeling drying, and it lasts a LONG time. I put it on and then went out to dinner and drinks with a friend, and was too tired to take my makeup off when I got home. When I woke up, everything still looked good and I still wasn't shiny! (I don't recommend testing this product this way, but figured I'd mention that it IS that durable)I can definitely see adding this to my regular makeup routine. I've been using it alone, but it would make a really good primer, too.

White Residue don't buy
Leaves a white residue no matter what I do. Even after wiping the white residue away with my fingertips it reappears in seconds. Multiple swipes and its finally gone. I have better success with bloating tissues. It does have a nice cooling sensation for a few seconds. I purchased months ago and have tried in different situations. Too bad the residue is white. If it was a shimmer it could look intentional. Do not recommend.

It works but...
This stuff works 👌 but it makes my pores look larger in some areas, so I have to use Dr. Brandt pore refiner after applying this, also, it does leave a white cast, so beware!

Holy Grail for oily girls
This stuff works amazing . I have very oily skin and I put it on after skincare before my primer and then I keep it on hand to touch up any oil that starts to shine thru through out the day. Which is considerably less that if i dont use it. It leaves my skin velvety and matte and does not disturb my makeup underneath it. It is a must have in my makeup kit

Amazing
Not much product the its nice. It really cleans the oil but if u use too much it can leave a white, not cast, but like a spot of white on some places. I usually only use on my t zone so you can see the white circle made if u dont blend it properly. The packaging is also cute

Love the powder finish feel
I am loving this stuff! The applicator is small, but it works. Once it dries, it leaves a nice light, powdery feel. Nothing heavy. Just make sure you don't get rushed and swipe it across your face. You will end up with white powdery streaks that look like a fine white powder.... found that out the hard way at work!

Total Buyer’s Remorse…
Why did you pick this product vs others?:For some odd reason, it’s not so easy finding blurring powders even in Korean brands. I always took it a step further to assess all ingredients to ensure they’re suitable (and healthy) for my combination skin and thus there’s always at least several I would omit. Which of course, would dwindle my purchasing options. This powder made my list after thorough research and I was so psyched to give it a whirl. I’ve been loving Laneige Neo blurring powder and had been using it for months. Since today was a makeup-free day what with the scorching sun and suffocating heat, I decided to finally give Parnell a try. I was digging the cooling effect which I haven’t experienced in any powders before. At first, it was odd it was wet upon contact to my skin but it instantly dried in nano seconds. I was heading home in a roadtrip and thought it’ll stay put only to find out I looked like a mess with powder residue in multiple areas of my face. While I only dabbed about 1.5 coats on (we’re not talking about smearing here), and yet I looked messy. After this initial stint, I’m hesitant to continue further usage. This was such a shame since I ordered it months ago and the return policy has long surpassed. What am I going to do with a product sitting around not being used?
