Coco Reef Skirted Swim Bottom — Flared Hem Skirt with Attached Bikini

Perfect swim skirt. Not too short and not too long. It also does not flow out too much so you look big. Great for sitting in the sun and for swimming. I purchased the small. I am 5'1", usually wear a size 6 or 8 in jeans or skirts, depending on the brand and it fits me perfectly. The small covers all the areas I want to hide at this time of my life but still fashionable and young at the pool. The quality is good and it is flattering in all the right places. Think it will last quite awhile and I am an avid swimmer during the summer. Was so pleased with this swim skirt I purchased another one. Price is great for the quality. This is the first swim skirt I purchased and I was surprisingly pleased. I highly recommend this swim skirt if you don't want a short swim skirt but also one that is too long and one that does not flow away from your body too much.

It really is perfect. I've worn it in the chlorinated pool almost daily since purchasing it and it has retained its color and fit. You would think it was brand new.

The skirt hits in the right spot to be flattering but covers the bum and groin. I'm a 6-8, 28 waist and the medium fit perfectly.

I have one of these in navy & one in black. I cannot possibly sing high enough praises for this bottom! Most swim skirts I have tried are too loose at the top and slip down, so tight around the legs that they create a "leg roll" that is visible through the skirt, or are so short that I wonder what the point of calling it a "skirt" is. These DO NOT! I am ~5' 6" tall with a shorter torso and weigh ~155 pounds. I ordered the large size, and the skirt covers the upper part of my thigh very nicely & (when dry) creates a flowing, slightly A-line, form; both the waist and leg openings have a comfortable amount of elastic that doesn't bind. Just be aware, when wet, the skirt does cling to the body and is only attached at the top of the skirt, so it will float up when in the water.

I have to qualify this review by saying that I am normally a petite fit, and swimwear is always a challenge for folks of short stature, because so few brands/styles are offered in petite sizes! On me, this skirt hit right below my belly-button and measured 11-1/2 inches long. For me, I felt that was just too long to feel fun & flirty. If you're looking for more coverage, this skirt may work for you. The fabric is soft & lightweight and very comfortable, but this is the one swim bottom I tried that seemed to have static cling---to the point where I was concerned I'd always be battling it.

Style

this is my second pair of these suit bottoms...they look and feel great and hold up well. the price was good too.

I like how the skirt looks on my legs but the waist band is super skinny and if you have a little fat it hangs over it. Not like it's too small or tight it's just not a flat lay across your abs! I wish the waist band was wider to lay flat. I'll keep the skirt and wear a long top over it. I really wanted to wear my triangle top instead!
