this is my first time ever trying a lip oil from amazon. the color is not as sheer as the photos made it out to be and it's a bit stickier than what i thought; it looks and feels more like a colored gloss rather than a lip oil. however, i actually don't mind the color and think it looks really pretty. it's got a light peppermint scent, too, but not overpowering and it doesn't tingle on my skin which is a huge plus. it feels more moisturizing than other higher end lip oils i have tried before. overall, im rather pleased and plan to purchase more in the future!!

Adds a subtle color to the lips. Can be worn alone or layered with another color. The bottle stopper that the applicator goes in and out of is kind of tight so it takes a bit of effort to get the applicator out of the tube and back in (see video) and since the lip oil is kind of thick, it means that when it finally pops out of the bottle, you're getting goop everywhere if you're not careful. Otherwise though it doesn't really have a scent or flavor and looks pretty on. Absorbs into the lips after a bit so its not constantly glossy/sticky

It's very sticky, even though it says on the box it isn't. It's not a "light protective" film. More like a heavy Vaseline. But it's pretty. Mine is rosewood. It even over lines all right, as you can see in the half and half comparison, I don't have much of a top lip. However, it doesn't last very long, which I kind of expected anyway becauseit'sjust a gloss. I talk a great especially when I am guiding wine tastings, and I am constantly drinking water, so I will need to reapply frequently. So 3 stars for being pretty and over lining well, but I am not a fan of the longevity and how heavy and sticky it is.

This is a quality dupe! I have brown skin so I got the color Rosewood and I'm happy with it. It gives a light red tint to my lips and I was surprised to find out it smells like peppermint! Although the lip oil is a bit more sticky than I'd like. All in all I'd recommend!

Can be a BIT sticky but I love this product! Great thick lip oil. Lasts long, and I really like the applicator. It does pop a bit when you open it too fast. Overall great product, those are just things to look for if you’re picky. Also the label will rub off😞

This is the worst lip oil I've purchased. It's really sticky. I feel like it just sits on my lips as opposed to hydrating them.

Initially bought cuz needed to spend a few extra bucks to get same day delivery, but I love this product. Beautiful color. Not too scented. Gives a nice glossy look. A little sticky at first but not bad.
