We did the sky gym here in SoCal in the middle of a heat wave. These things were so great to have. The temp was noticeably cooler and helped us not overheat. We did have to rewet them about half way thru but it was also 100 degrees so totally expected. This is a two hour obstacle course 60ft above the ground. Zero resting and zero actual shaded areas. We are locals so use to heat. However, neither of us were really sweating since we had these. The few other people were taking frequent breaks. We kept them around our necks, wiped our faces, arms, backs, stomachs to keep our skin cooled.

My family could not survive the Texas heat without these cloths! They are easy to use, soft, absorbent, and dry hella fast. I believe they have lasted three summers, and still functioning as they should. I give them to my toddlers to use, so you know the durability is top-notch.

Towels themselves work great and stay cool for long periods of time, but the little plastic bags they come are quite flimsy and broke very easily. Both of the bags that tore ripped down the sides. Otherwise, excellent for trips down to Florida in the summer.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I choose this product for the quantity, price, and that there is an individual plastic holder for each towel, along with a hook to use to attach it to if needed. Quality: The quality so far seems very good. Keeps you cool: Since I work outside part-time, I needed more than one towel, so that I can switch towels as needed. I work in a nursery so am outside in the Arizona heat, and need several cooling towels that I can switch out. I also do wet them throughout the day when I am working outdoors. Use: Works well to help me keep cool outdoors at work. Weight: These are very lightweight, even when wet, which I do appreciate. Look: The look and size is perfect for me. Value for money: I would consider this a very good item for the money.

I get very hot, and let's face it cranky. I would give them 10 stars if I could. You wet the down, wrap around your neck, and stay cool. I have used them while doing housework, projects around the house, and the biggest challenge, packing up a house and moving it. This is actually my second set because I've shared them with others.

The first one we bought and they are exactly what it said they would be. They stay wet for quite a few hours and you just have to shake them to make them cold again. The size is correct and big enough to drape over the shoulders even. I should have bought the 2nd ones from this seller too. I really got taken the 2nd time of buying cool down towels! Grrr!
