Connectivity is ok. Picture quality is good. Nice camera. Qubo product is very reliable and after sale service is fantastic. I have 6 camera . All is fantastic still 3 years. No issue raised.

Firstly i cannot give a negative star and thats why it is getting one star. As for the camera itself, the piece that was sent to me did not have any visible damage. I got it installed with a compatible micro sd card recommended by the company n while installation it seemed to be working fine. Then the issues started from the next morning. I set it on person detection mode in the app rather than continuous recording as we have very few visitors in our location. It started missing sensing and recording intermittently. Tried mapping out areas to be covered in the app as it is a very small area. Still it was not detecting. Then tried switching on motion and person detection. It captured 4 false positives and recorded 4 videos when no one and nothing was moving. Then a cat walked right past in front of my eyes. It dint capture it. The sensor was not turning on at all. So i went back to person mode. It randomly captured some events but missed several events even tho the person was standing or moving around for a while right under the camera. Complained to the company. They wanted photo of the camera, memory card front and back, screen recording of issue. All sent. They say u dint buy platinum plan. Without it alerts will only come once in 10 minutes. I explained clearly that it is not an alert issue. Its sensor does not turn on and capture intermittently. It is not a complete failure also as it captures sometimes. They said Sensor is AI based n works with platinum plan. Otherwise do continuous recording. I emailed asking if sensor is not going to work without platinum plan and if their advertisement is a misrepresentation. They quickly backtracked and clarified that sensor should work without any plan also. They said to format the memory card from their app. Did that. Still same issue. Even if i stand in front of it and wave my hand very close it does not turn on and start recording They have been saying the same things over emails and calls back and forth for more than 10 days now. In the meanwhile my security and peace of mind is completely compromised and they refuse to take responsibility and try to fix the actual issue. Not only that they even asked me to email them the videos it missed which is ridiculous. The screen recording of the app clearly shows with time stamps the videos and snaps i have manually recorded n which is missed in their automated recording. It is very fool proof and reliable also. Yet they skirt the issue. Additionally the camera could not recognize the wifi at full strength even tho it was right next to it and my phone and other gadgets were connecting seamlessly at full strength when kept near it. I can understand that a product could be defective but the way they refuse to take responsibility and go on blaming the sd card, lack of platinum plan, AI etc repeatedly and go round and round while the camera is not working properly does not instill confidence in the company or its products. Thankfully amazon has been very understanding and allowed me to return the product and get a refund. I decided to write this review primarily bcoz the company support is very poor and if u have any issues with their product you will not get any satisfactory resolution from them. I would not recommend this product or this company at all. I made the mistake of buying an Indian brand as there was some news that govt needs cctv companies to get some certifications and there could be potential issues with foreign brands if they dont get the certification on time. But then it is better to take that risk than struggle with this company which is definitely problematic.

Having utilized this camera extensively, I offer the following observations: Strengths: 1. Installation is straightforward, with comprehensive instructions included. 2. The product is competitively priced. 3. Both video and audio quality are commendable. 4. The camera offers a wide 130° field of view. Areas for Improvement: 1. The Qubo application requires further refinement. 2. The integrated LED lights are only functional in focus mode and do not activate upon motion detection. Some times out of the blue it does gets activated when detected motion, but doesn't works properly. 3. Video streaming within the application defaults to Standard Definition rather than High Definition, which is an unusual behavior. 4. Changing the memory card or network connectivity necessitates a full camera reset. Should these limitations not impact your typical usage, this product represents a viable option.

Best camera clearity, quality and cloud function is best which works without card.

This product is a piece of junk. Please do not buy it and don't waste your money. Below are the issues I faced: - First, it took me 4–5 hours just to pair the camera by scanning the QR code. You have to hold your phone perfectly still like a sniper rifle operator and find the exact angle for the camera to scan the QR code. The pairing process is extremely frustrating. - After finally pairing it, I inserted my memory card, which was perfectly healthy and working fine in my Mi camera. I expected it to record footage like a CCTV camera is supposed to, but after running it for an entire day, I checked the recordings and found nothing. The app just kept showing a loading icon. - I bought two cameras, and both had the exact same issue. Recordings were not being stored on the memory card. Instead, the app constantly kept promoting their cloud subscription service, which makes me suspect they are pushing customers toward paid cloud storage. - The picture quality is terrible—easily the worst I have seen in a security camera. I have used Mi and CP Plus cameras, which are cheaper than this one, and they offer much better image quality. - I mounted this camera outside my main gate to monitor any suspicious activity or theft. Forget night vision—even in broad daylight, human faces are blurry. A bike parked on the road appears pixelated and lacks detail, and the camera cannot even clearly capture the number plate of a stationary vehicle. Everything looks like it was recorded with a 2014 keypad phone camera. Overall, this product is completely disappointing. I regret buying it and would not recommend it to anyone.

Camera clarity is descent and works in all weather, and talk back is french kiss. I bought 3 of them and all are working perfectly

Do not buy this if you are not in India. Apparently the app doesn't work if you do not have an Indian number. Don't waste your money, I wasted my time with their customer service they take long to reply without any helpful replies.

I have tried for over a week to set up my account and I cannot even get past receiving an OTP to verify mobile service. Due to this I cannot set up the product. Contacted care on WhatsApp, no reply. Disappointed
