This is not just an inconvenience—it is a serious safety issue because it can cause someone to lose balance and fall. I reported the issue immediately and shared multiple videos clearly showing the problem. I was informed that the problem was due to dust accumulation and that I needed to pay for servicing. I agreed to the paid servicing because my only goal was to get the treadmill working properly. The biggest disappointment has been the after-sales service. I was repeatedly promised technician visits within specific timelines (48–72 hours, then "today or tomorrow"), but no one visited or even called. Every update required me to follow up repeatedly through WhatsApp and email. Even after agreeing to pay for the servicing, I have been left waiting without any confirmed visit. I am attaching a video so that buyers can see the actual issue themselves. This review is based entirely on my personal experience with the product and the support I have received. I will update this review if the company finally resolves the issue permanently. Until then, I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.

i bought this sparnod sth 3080 foldable treadmill and i must say im impressed with the quality. it was packed nicely in the box, and very sturdy to use. it is quite heavy because of the metals used but its okay cause it shows that it is heavy duty. the incline is not that high but it helps a bit. they advertised this as 12kmph is the maximum speed but its only until 10kmph, but its still fast if you wanna run. love this!! go buy it and get that 10k steps a day 😝

Loving it. Stands on its own, upright so it saves space. Very sturdy. Especially love that it has the laptop holder and the height is adjustable 🙌
