This product is great because it is certified organic and it tastes good and sweet. No sugar added - you can check out the ingredients by blowing up the picture of the packaging. It has helped me with my insomnia - that doesn't mean it will work for you - that is just my experience. I take 4 drops per day which is what the packaging suggests. It is made in the USA which is also a big plus in my opinion.

I've only been taking this for a week so I'm not sure how it's impacting my health just yet. I've been diagnosed with an underactive thyroid so I'm hoping this resolves that issue without the need for another medication with corresponding negative side effects. I'm already sleeping better with slightly more energy during the day. So far so good!!
