Cute but scratchy
I did not find this outfit to run small as one reviewer mentioned. Fits true to size. The paint on the shirt seems low quality for a Disney brand. The worst part is the waistband on the skirt. It is scratchy and uncomfortable. I’m not sending it back because we have enough fast fashion filling the landfills but I will have to do something about the waistband.
