All products are very good from this company. Using patio cleaner for a years. Sealer quick drying and does the job.

Perfect for what I needed. Easy to apply, but restricted by weather forecast (stones need to be dry for 3 days before applying). Always treat with Patio Extreme Cleaner first, then have to wait. Used garden sprayer - first coat saturated, 2nd coat fine mist. Dries very quickly and provides great protection. Indian Sandstone Raj Green slabs look like new. Price is the only reason not 5 stars - not a cheap way to treat and I do it annually, but will definitely continue to use.

This is easy to apply with a sprayer, coverage was as expected. Video instructions were simple to follow.

We cleaned the Patio first with the smart clean product and that got rid of the black spots. We followed the instructions and used a roller (it isn’t a huge Patio) after 2 hours we put on the second oat and mopped up any access with a sponge . It dried very quickly and looks perfect no marks or stains. We haven’t had rain so if it doesn’t perform well then I’ll update this review but so far we’re really happy with both Smart clean products . Our patio looks tons better than it did.

Excellent product which I've used before. Dealt with internal stone walls to reduce dusting of the porous surfaces. Works well and easy to apply by spray

We had a new granite patio area laid and decided to seal the granite slabs after carefully keeping the area spick and span before 'leaves and debris' from a neighbours chestnut tree starts. The area was given two coats which the manufacturer recommends and within 2 weeks of sealing the area, the tree has dropped leaves and brown finger like debris which has left a brown stain after a heavy rain fall. We have kept the new patio cleared on a daily basis except when raining. This stone sealer is not cheap at £75 and is applied directly (ie. NO mixing or watering down) and frankly has been a complete waste of money... My advice is 'Avoid' and save your money.

Dose exactly what it says on the tin.
