The product is fine and I love the price.
I was very pleased with the price. The product is good quality. Glycine is the only supplement that actually makes me feel more relaxed and sleepy before bed and helps me get to sleep. Unfortunately it seems to be giving me bad dreams. I wouldn't say there is anything wrong with the product it's just that supplements affect everyone differently. Maybe I will reduce the dose or take it less often. Glycine is supposed to help with collagen production which is great.

Useful for a good nights sleep
I bought these as it is supposed to lower your body temperature meaning a better nights sleep. I find I do sleep better taking these an hour before bed, as I am less restless and sleep deeper. The tablets can be difficult to swallow, but holding them in your mouth makes them dissolve - they are slightly sweet, so it's not too bad to do so

Good product.
It takes at least 3 to 6 weeks to see the effects of a supplement. However it appears that this product has many benefits to health and well- being. Good price compared to similar products.

Not sure about these
Not sure these are doing anything. Don’t feel any different. They are large and dry so hard to swallow, so decided to try chewing them and they just taste sweet, so I’m a bit sceptical

Negatively Affects Sleep Architecture
I usually take a different brand of glycine from a different company and It’s brilliant. Gives me excellent quality sleep. I switched to this product when I ran out because Amazon is next day delivery and I thought it would do the same thing - I thought glycine is glycine. Not so!! This product gives me really vivid dreams and I wake up not feeling refreshed at all. Clearly I am spending too much time in stage 3 - REM stage of sleep - rather than stage 4 - deep sleep - where the important repair and rejuvenation occurs. I am very unhappy with this product. It’s made me feel like crap and have ordered my usual glycine by Now from iHerb poste haste.
