The ultimate all-season solution—smart, powerful, and efficient!
I bought the Pro Breeze 4-in-1 Smart Portable Air Conditioner (12,000 BTU) to survive the summer heatwaves, but it has quickly become my favorite appliance for year-round use. If you’re looking for a unit that does more than just blow cold air, this is the one to get. What makes it a 5-star product: Powerful & Fast Cooling: Within 15 minutes of turning it on, my large master bedroom went from a sweltering 28°C to a crisp 19°C. It doesn't just circulate air; it genuinely chills the room. True Smart Integration: The Wi-Fi setup was a breeze. I love being able to turn the AC on via the app 20 minutes before I get home from work. It also connects perfectly with Alexa, so I can adjust the temperature by voice without getting out of bed. Versatility (4-in-1): Having the heater, dehumidifier, and fan modes built-in is a game-changer. I used the dehumidifier during a damp week and was shocked at how much moisture it pulled from the air (over 1L per hour). It’s basically a climate control station for my entire flat. Energy Efficient: For a 12,000 BTU unit, it’s surprisingly light on the electricity bill thanks to the Class A energy rating. Setup & Design: It comes with a full window venting kit that actually fits (a rarity!) and the wheels make it easy to move from the living room during the day to the bedroom at night. While any AC this powerful will have some fan noise, the "Sleep Mode" is steady and quiet enough that it doesn't disturb my sleep. Final Verdict: It’s an investment, but the build quality and the convenience of the smart features make it worth every penny. If you want to stay comfortable regardless of the weather outside, look no further.

The 5000 unit doesn’t work
I would NOT recommend the 5000 model for a small bedroom. Even though it should have been more than powerful enough to cool my bedroom, it struggled to lower the temperature by more than 3 degrees, it was 23 in my bedroom and could barely get it down to 20. To be fair that was when it was 30 outside. I thought that might be why. Today, it’s only 18 degrees outside and it’s still struggling to reduce the temperature, taking an hour to reduce by 0.5 degree then it again can’t lower the temperature any lower than 20 degrees, it gets stuck then it starts to rise again and struggles to get lower. I have no idea why this is happening, maybe the unit is faulty. I have the window kit fully secured around my window, no air is getting in from outside but the hose is giving off so much heat, it must be making it harder to work. The unit itself is about 15kg, so quite heavy. As with most units the hose isn’t very long and struggled to reach a top window. It’s on wheels so easy to move around. I am going to return this and purchase a more powerful model. It’s disappointing that you aren’t provided with any insulation for the hose and you are only given one reel of tape to secure the window kit. You should be given at least two. The app is very useful I have to say. Overall I’m not sure how useful this machine is, when after switching off, the temperature immediately rebounds to what it was before I started, it doesn’t slowly increase as I was hoping, like when you switch the heating off in winter. Maybe I’m a bit silly for thinking this. But you have to have it on all the time and it’s too loud to sleep, as others have mentioned like a fridge, it occasionally shudders which is I imagine the compressor coming on. But it’s a noise that’ll wake you up.

Good machine, cools well
As an air conditioner the machine work well. I have only given four stars because it comes with various way to fit the extraction hose though a window but nothing if you already have had an air conditioning unit 'plumbed' into the wall through a ventilation duct. Also not being very tech savvy have had difficulties getting the scheduling system to work through the app, I get everything paired but as yet I have not been able to get the machine to turn on remotely so I have a cool room to return home to. However the remote control works brilliantly and the timer on the machine does the job of turning it off

Life Saver
Absolute life saver during this heatwave. Couldn’t cope without it honestly! Easy to set up, just make sure you read the instructions carefully! Is rather heavy, so you may need some help to get it upstairs etc, but it’s on wheels which makes moving it much easier. The hose personally could be longer, but our windows are higher up than most. It is rather spenny, but I saw it as an investment and I think it’s definitely worth it.

Excellent on energy
Feel like I bought the last one in the country. Easy to use. Recommend extension hose length. Rollers make it easy to move. I have a very large lounge and it cools it down perfectly and I turn it into my corridor in the evening to cool the rest of my home during these freakish heatwaves we’ve been getting. Also attached a big standard garden hose and have that running to a sink but so far in the weeks I’ve used it it has remained dry. Good on energy efficiency as well. Only used 5kwh in an entire day on the hottest day of the June heatwave.

Works well
We've had this a week now. I bought a 6 metre extension hose too and taped it to the existing hose so it was long enough to go through the fan light of our double glazed lounge window. In the end it was far too long so we just cut the extension in half. We've not emptied the tank yet but it seems like it'll be straight forward. Seems to be well made and solid and good value for money. It is a bit noisy but nothing terrible. As its on wheels it's easy to move around.

Noisy and almost no temperature reduction after 7 hours full slog
Ran from 1pm to 8pm / on full power ac My double bedroom 3mx4m floor dimensions - was 27 at 1pm and 25 at 8pm - Bearing in mind the room is east facing and the sun is off that side of the house from early pm …. I guess it dropped 2 degrees in 7 hours with the help of the movement of the sun. If you were to assume noise = sign of cooling … then be amazed …. It’s really noisy. I have a budget unit from Curry’s in another bedroom and it is significantly quieter. So I now own a noisy fan ..

Maybe for a tiny room.
Bought this to keep the house cool for the pets during a trip, based on what Rufus provided this unit was capable of programming multiple daily schedules via the App. Unfortunately this is not the case. The instructions are diabolical to say the least. The app forces you to pair using Bluetooth rather that WiFi which then recognizes it as locally paired, causing the scheduling not to work as it’s not cloud linked. The app automation section will not recognize the device even though I have it connected and am able to control the unit via the app. The 5000BTU unit is certainly not sufficient for a 12sq m room as stated, running for 3.5hrs it was not able to longer the temp 0.5 degrees. It does have a timer, however you need to be physically in the room to use that. You can turn this on/off via the app which is useful if your in not in. Completely different time zone. All in all cannot recommend this unit and it will be going back for a refund.
