A perfect heavy-duty addition for too-small kitchens.
This is a fantastic dish-drying rack, it’s exactly what I was hoping for. I was needing a rack exactly like this, and I wanted to maximize the amount of shelf space. This seems to be *the* rack that gives you the most square-feet of usable space, and it also seems to be the most heavy-duty rack of this type available online. You can even choose to leave off the big “Loyalfire” brand name badge when you assemble it. Assembly was a little bit of a pain, one or two of the holes weren’t aligned quite correctly between the frame and shelf pieces which made it a pain to screw those particular bolts in, but it wasn’t so far off as to make assembly impossible, just had to work at it for a minute. Like others have mentioned, I wish that the silverware bucket attachment was bigger, or they should have at least given us one more of those pieces since there are two empty potential spaces after all of the attachments are hung. Surprisingly all of my silverware does fit in the one bucket, but they have to be packed in pretty tightly. They could have also put a little more thought into the “knife rack” attachment, it works but it could be better. Anyway, we’ve got a small house and a small kitchen so this thing is dope, I have a fairly wide kitchen sink and I was worried that it would end up being too short, but we actually didn’t have to extend it to the full width; however, if I extend it much more than it already is then the shelves start to sag in the middle. They don’t sag in a way that suggests that it would actually collapse or would be dangerous, it’s just the two halves of the shelf pieces, and they are on a sliding rail that prevents the halves from separating, so it should be able to accommodate just about any double kitchen sink. This rack has pretty much become the permanent storage space for our most commonly used dishes, and it’s awesome to have this whole unit dedicated to dish drying and storage because previously we were putting a plastic drying rack a folding table in the center of the kitchen, and we had a few incidents where dishes that were drying got knocked over and had to be rinsed again. Glad to be done with that nonsense, this rack has really freed up a ton of space as well as a sizable portion of our limited cabinet real estate. I would absolutely recommend this rack to anyone who is in a similar situation with a small kitchen. I also purchased two of those five-shelf black wire racks that match the color of this dish-drying rack, and I stood up one of them, and I split the other one in half and used the two halves to make shelves to sit on our kitchen counter. After two years in this house, all of these improvements together have made it a breeze to navigate our kitchen and know where everything should go.

Worth the cost
There are a lot of options for over-the-sink dish racks, and this one is one of the most expensive. I wanted to get one that was half, or even a third of the price, but ultimately I decided this one was what I needed and I'm happy with my decision. I can't compare build quality to the cheaper options because I haven't tested them, but this one is plenty sturdy and looks professional. Assembly took maybe 5 minutes and was very straightforward, could have easily done it without instructions. I have a pretty standard width double basin sink. Even so, I found that many other options just wouldn't be wide enough. This one is plenty wide. I'm short (5' 6") and can comfortably use both levels, so the height isn't an issue for me. One of the things I noticed about many other options was that although the rack stands were adjustable in width, the actual baskets were a fixed size, so making it wider or narrower had no impact on the amount of dishes you could fit. With this, there are no baskets. It's a wire rack that is as wide as you make it. This means that I was able to extend it a few inches beyond the edge of the sink for a little extra space. It holds plenty, when I empty the dishwasher onto the drying rack I almost always have plenty of space leftover, and I pack the washer pretty well. One thing to mention is that before this, I had two drying racks, one on each side of the sink taking up all my counter space. I was able to take the silverware racks off of them and pop them right on the side of this like they were meant to go there. Now there's even more space. It's easy to wipe down and keep it looking good. Really, the only thing that could use some improvement is the knife rack. A lot of my longer kitchen knives (ex. chefs, boning and bread knives) stick outward at the bottom. It hasn't been an issue for me, but it just looks like it could potentially be dangerous. Doesn't stop me from recommending the drying rack on the regular occasion that someone sees it and comments on it.

Drying Rack Changed My Kitchen! Well Worth the Price
The drying rack changed my kitchen! I don't use my dishwasher due to low water pressure, so I always had a problem with where to put dishes as they dried, making my kitchen messy. Now it is a joy to wash dishes, as the rack is large enough to hold pots, pans, silverware, mixing bowls, everything I use. I chose the silver, which brightens up the room. It was not difficult for a neophyte to put together, and fits my double sink perfectly. A plus: Other family members now voluntarily wash dishes because they like to arrange them on the rack and admire the results of their labor! I'm also glad that I chose this more expensive option, as it is very large and sturdy, with no wobbling or danger of collapse.

Pretty good
Sturdy, handles a lot of dishes and weight. Easy to assemble. Stays in place since it sits behind the faucet. I will buy some silicone mats for glassware and cups to dry on the shelf. The glass drying addition I find useless for glassware. I actually broke a glass that did not want to stay on and fell on my countertop Smaller cups will fall off. Decided not tu use the paper towel holder since I have one under the wall cabinet. Frees up a lot of countertop space. I am 5’4” and I can reach the top shelf easily but smaller people might need to use a step stool. I had it for 2 month and did not see rust. I hope it stays that way

Pretty good, but pretty big.
Okay, so this sucker is LARGE. Don't get me wrong, I bought it because it said it was, and I wanted a place to store all my dishes, so I thought it'd work for me. And it would, but I decided to give it to my niece instead, and here's why: Okay, so I live in a tiny house. Not the kind of tiny that you see on that TV show, but like, really, really small. As such, cabinet space (and any space, really) is at a premium and utilized as best as it can be. So I saw this Loyalfire over the sink rack and thought, hey, this would work! I could use it as a drying rack, of course, but I could also just store all of my dishes on it and free up my kitchen cabinet for something else, right? Perfect! And it did work, and work well. It held the weight of all my dishes quite nicely, fit all of them, and gave me the vertical space I needed. So why did I give it to my niece, then? Well, I was a bit disappointed because it's too big for my tiny house. I mean, granted, it could appear huge in contrast to a tiny house, but I honestly believe it is quite large, and it'll hold a ton of stuff. Sturdy as heck. My niece fell in love with it. I was in a giving mood. So it's gone. Not because it's a bad product (it's not), but because I love my niece and want her to have nice things. This is a nice thing. I give it five stars because it's large, sturdy, easy to assemble, and everything it says it is in the description. Someone in another review said to beware of sharp edges, and I agree completely. Be careful, please! I almost got cut myself, but if you're cautious and paying attention to what you're doing, you should be fine. Once the thing is up and in place, the edges are no longer a concern (unless you plan to move it around a lot, but, why would you do that?) Some other reviewer said that the utensil holder wasn't big enough. They're correct. It's tiny for such a large rack, so I don't know what they were thinking. If I had kept it, I would've been on the look out for an additional holder that I could add to it. So buyer beware, there. I nearly gave it four stars because of that one issue alone, but decided against it because over all it's a pretty darn good rack, and the product description is pretty accurate. Give 'er a go, especially if you need that vertical space. Oh, and it works well as a dish drying rack, too. Love how they drip down in the sink, as long as you have it positioned right. Too far back, and you risk getting behind your sink wet. And it does suck that when you place the wet dishes, water tends to roll down your sleeve, but it is what it is. Take the bad with the good, ya know?

Love this find!
My husband found a post about one of these over the sink organizers online and suggested we look into it. After looking at the options, we decided to go with a 3 tier one - which is essentially two levels of trays and the bottom "tier" is for accessories such as the knife holder, sponge holder, hooks, etc. - so the 3 part is a bit misleading but they're all labeled like that so that's the deal - plus you really can't have a tray on that level due to the faucet being in the way. Anyway, after looking at the options, we settled on this one as it seemed to meet our needs the best based on sink size and types of dishes we would want to place on it - this one specifically fits full-size plates whereas the other brands did not seem to based on the dimensions. In addition, the other thing that really set it apart for us is that the trays screw in on the sides - sure, only one side for each half of the rack, but nonetheless, they screw in whereas other brands you have the frame and simply place the trays on the frame which seemed like a gamble to us. This one screws in on the sides and connect to each other on the right and left like a closet rod style that allows you to slide in and out to adjust length. Much more sturdier in my opinion. The other part that made us choose this brand is the trays being set up the way they are to slide together as small as you want or out as large (wide) as you want (within the limits of the system) is that it makes for essentially two large trays that span the width of your sink instead of being limited in size by the modular ones where you set the trays where you want on the frame and are limited to each tray's dimension. This allows for overlap of dishes much like you see in our mess. So after having set this up and using it for the last two seeks, we're so happy that we chose this brand! We initially thought we would keep the sink strainer we used to have for overflow and to hold the stuff this couldn't but we don't even need it as this fits so much more than we need! We are very happy with our purchase! Only cons that we see are 1. If you have a really wide sink (maybe a commercial one?) you won't be able to expand it all the way as at some point it will be too wide and leave a gap between the two sides of each tray, but honestly, this is wide enough to fit our double (one large one small) sink 2. I would love a couple more accessories like an extra soap holder and some more hooks but I couldn't find them as add-ons in their store front sadly. Bottom line - love, love, love this and could not recommend it more!

Saves precious counter space
I got this dish drying rack for my daughters new apartment. Her new kitchen has much less counter space than her other one, so we've had to get creative on how to maximize the space she does have. This is the 2nd rack that we tried. The first one we got from another website was very wobbly and didn't look like it would hold up, so we returned it and got this rack. This one is very well made with heavy duty construction. The metal that's used has a good weight to it. It's very stable and doesn't wobble at all. It looks and feels like this it's going to stand up to the beating it will surely get on a daily basis. When we were looking at racks we were so focused on the width that we totally forgot to look at the height. The width on this one is adjustable, but not the height. We lucked out because this fits in the space with about 1/2 inch to spare. That actually worked perfectly because they were only going to use the top baskets for storage anyway. As you can see in the video, it was super easy to install and took no more than 10 minutes to put together. It's nice that it comes with everything you need, so you don't need any extra tools. We would've been in trouble had they not, because we couldn't find her tool set anywhere within the moving boxes. It was totally insane! LOL! They've been using this for about 2 weeks and they absolutely love it. It's holding up very well. It's mostly used for pots and pans, since they have a dishwasher for the other stuff. It's nice that they don't have any water mess to deal with after washing the dishes. The removable baskets are handy because they can move them around depending on what they need to dry. The hooks are also handy because they have somewhere to hang their dish towels to dry. Overall they are extremely happy with this rack and would highly recommend it.

Hermoso
