Bought this to replace the standard old lock on my door and its been a good upgrade, fitted perfectly and only took a few mins. the thumb turn on the inside is much better for say to say use and helps if we ever need to get out quickly in a emergency. One thing to note that is didn't know with this sort of key the key lock is actually sideways when you remove the key, i thought the lock was broke as first until i found this out. Doesn't take long to get use to though. build quality feels solid and works smoothly, bonus is the 5 keys saving on getting extras cut making its good value for the price you pay. Overall happy with it!

This is excellent lock, I had similar one at my front door, but it was not fitted properly so builder changed the lock, but I wasn't happy with the new lock as it was only 1 star and I wasn't sure about safety with that lock, so ordered greenteQ Orion, it took less than 5 min to change the lock cylinder. Only thing is it arrived in damaged packaging.

It took me less than 5 minutes to remove the old lock and install this sturdy new one. We wanted one with a thumb turn instead of having to find the keys to open the door from the inside. I followed the fitting instructions on you tube. I am really pleased with the new cylinder lock. It looks and feels like great quality. And unlike other more expensive locks it comes with 5 keys. It also has a 10 year guarantee . It meets the British Dtandard for cylinder lock and is 3 star unlike many which are only 1 star. Super fast delivery too

Replaced my pvc door lock with this, works a treat and has a bonus feature, which is why I bought it. I got the thumb turn version of this lock, which no means I can now unlock the door even if it’s locked from the inside, previously, if the old door was locked from the inside and the key was still in the lock on the inside, I was locked out, or anyone else for that matter, which is fine, unless it’s an emergency, when you actually need someone to get in the house, if you can’t get to the door. Five keys is also a big plus, enough to give 2 to trusted friends or relatives and still have a spare, being dimple lock type keys, they are going to be awkward to spares cut. My only very minor gripe is the key goes in horizontally not vertically, which is actually easier, it just makes my head hurt after so many years of putting keys in vertically. TLDR: Good secure lock, easy to fit, great design with the thumb turn, 5 keys, good price, get one.

Excellent unpickabie lock use full on on the inside to lock & unlock the door from the inside without a key. Simple idea don’t know how we manage before.
