We sue Rose's lime juice for making Gimlet cocktails (2 parts giin or vodka to 1 part Rose's) but it can also be used to make Kamikaze cocktails or Lime Rickey cocktails. You could even use it in place of Triple Sec in a Margarita. You can also use it for making sticky sauces like one that you would use for chicken wings , or in baking to make a glaze for adding moisture to cakes. Keep it refrigerated after opening and it lasts for months. This is a great value compared to the price of the small bottles sold in grocery or liquor stores. And don't bother buying the cheaper stuff that's just called "sweetened lime juice," because it doesn't have nearly as much flavor as rose's.
