where can i get replacement rubber rings for the plunger. could you give a link that actually sells them, rather than say temporarily out of stock?

Thanks for the question. Sorry we're out of stock just at the moment - very few companies are willing to sell spare parts for these types of products, and we've had a run on them from people who have bought look-alike products, hoping our spares will fit their product. This has caught us short as there is more demand than usual, so we have more on the way but unfortunately just not yet.

There are a few options here:
1) If you don't need them urgently, send us an email enquiries@ecotubie.com we will email you as soon as they come back into stock.

What do you oil it with?

Olive oil ,   did not care for this much. can't see inside when you draw liquid out.. never use it..

Does this fit on extensions for a Mickey button? Slip tip syringes fit the med port, wondering if this will as well???

Not 100% sure sorry - there are so many different types out there we just standardised on ENFit and the tapered catheter tip. It's quite likely you'd be able to have an adapter tube going from one of these onto the Mickey button.

Is there a way to tell if there is air in the syringe? Some of my daughter’s blends are thick and some air will get sucked up with the food.

Thanks for the question. Because the whole barrel is solid stainless steel (that's what makes it last so long :)) you can't see what's inside; but what we would recommend is that once you've filled the syringe, you hold it vertically (nozzle upwards) and tap firmly on the side of the syringe so the blend falls to the bottom of the syringe, and thus the air moves to the top. Then push the plunger up slowly to expel the air until the blend just appears at the tip of the syringe. You may still get some small air pockets but this should eliminate the vast majority of it.
