These are awesome! Tuned by garage into a legit gym. They are thick, plenty of padding and made really well!

Great quality exercise mats. Machines and weights can be placed on without any issues. Super thick and easy to put together. Mine were placed on top of epoxy coated concrete.

His is a great exercise mat. Went together with ease and stays together. It is a little hard though so if your laying on it you might need a yoga mat. It does smell a little out of the box. Good value for the money.

This product is ideal for any home gym. Installation was quick and easy. The thickness of the mats work well with heavy equipment and heavy weights. I've even stop using my yoga mat. The mats clean up well and the durability of the mats our outstanding. I'm planning on purchasing more in the future.

These squares are very easy to work with and to piece together. Now and then where corners aren't exact it is easy to trim the very small amount of excess, but otherwise they fit together seamlessly. They stay in place and make a really nice surface for working out. We bought them because we live in an apartment and want to muffle the noise to our downstairs neighbor of our rowing machine. They have made a real difference. A note to anyone with a Peloton: these are quite firm but too cushy for the Peloton, which wobbled slightly on this surface (and on the right surface a Peloton sits firmly, with no movement at all), so we moved it back to the mat that came with the bike since it doesn't make any real noise. The rowing machine has no problem on the mats and sits firm. They are expensive but worth the price, and we also found that we wanted a few more to cover a bigger space than originally planned. Highly recommend.

Nice thickness... works real well for protecting carpet. Exceptional in handling heavy weight (200+lbs)... Would recommend it.... ideal for home gym.... update Nov 24th, 2025 Loved it so much that I ordered a 2nd set. :c) Updated Dec 17th, 2025 Ordered another set!! Hip Hip Hooray... Not what is advertised. It’s basically a rubber coating over some lightweight foam. Think like pool noodle consistency, but a bit finer. Very soft and really not conducive to working out on. Because it’s extremely light weight, the tiles also tend to come apart just from regular use, at least on the carpet floor that I am trying to use them on. Would probably be ok for like a toddler play area, but definitely not for a gym or shop floor.
