Mushroom magic! Well tasty!
They taste great and the smell is divine. I’m very pleased with these. The price is great too, compared to the price in supermarkets.Make sure you’ve got plenty of air tight containers to store them in as the 500 gram bag is big. There’s a good mix of caps and stems a few grams of tiny crumbs but I can still use the crumbs. After soaking in hot water for about an hour they make a great addition to many dishes.Picture shown is a 500g bag on a large 3 seater sofa.Buy them, use them, enjoy them.Very pleased thank you.

Value for money and versatile ingredient
Fantastic value and high quality porcini mushrooms. Need at least 20 mins in hot water to re-hydrate. good strong flavour but not overwhelming or with metallic soil taste as sometime get. Versatile in lots of dishes.

Delicious
Having bought these on holiday in France, where they are called cêpes, I was delighted to be able to get these. Added to meat dishes, omelettes and sauté potatoes, they give a wonderful smoky unami flavour. A must in my kitchen.I keep them in the fridge, a tip from France, which helps keep them fresher longer. Reconstituted with a little water before adding to food, and I use the water for extra taste in my cooking. These are good quality and nice big pieces, unlike the tiny fragments sold in supermarkets.
