Easy Set-Up
I am extremely pleased with my new HP 15.6" Laptop touchless PC! Just got it yesterday; needed to replace my older Windows 10 2021 HP-Compaq laptop that was extremely slow & never could get it to connect to my printer. This new one is fantastic! Very fast, intuitive, and simple to set up. Got it to sync almost immediately with my desktop and OneDrive, and was amazed it found my printer immediately with no issues or problems. Didn't think I'd like the touchscreen, but I do, at least most of its features. I found trying to scale down a portrait a little difficult, so hooked my wireless mouse back up (made it much easier to use -- now I can use both). So I still have much to learn about touchless controls, but right now I am just loving my new HP laptop! And I'm 79 years old, so don't let your age stop you.

Great laptop - but be aware of Windows 11 Home in S-Mode!
The laptop is good but my frustration was with the operating system which is Windows 11 Home in S-Mode. Being in S-Mode will only allow you to install apps from the Microsoft Store. So...I could not install Quicken, Google Chrome, Open Office and other apps not endorsed by Microsoft! I spent hours searching for how to turn it off. To save you the time, here is the info: Turning off S Mode is permanent. Once you turn it off, you can't turn it back on. To turn off S Mode, go to Settings > System > Activation. Under "Switch to Windows 11 Pro," click Go to the Store, then click "Get." If you don't have a Microsoft Account, the only way to get rid of S mode is to disable Secure Boot in the UEFI (BIOS).

HP customer service is terrible!
Purchased this laptop almost a year ago. Worked great until it just recently did a windows update. Now the keyboard doesn't work. Spent two days on the phone with HP troubleshooting only to make it so I now can't even get the laptop to turn on Windows. Their solution is to download HP cloud recovery onto a flash drive from another computer and reinstall onto laptop. Problem is I take this laptop with me on business trips and I have no way to do this currently. Other option is to send me a flash drive with a fee of course. I only have 13 days left of warranty and all HP is doing is giving me the runaround. Bought a Dell laptop that I use at home a few years ago and still works great. Lesson learned.

Strong, Fast Laptop
I'm really liking my HP laptop! Mostly I'm doing word processing, online research and building Power Point presentations for teaching. I downloaded a BIG research program and was surprised how screamin' fast it was. Being on sale, it was a very good buy.

Observaciones
La computadora que me llegó es la HP15 dy5033dx, la cual cuenta con un procesador Core i3-1215U (una generación arriba de la descrita), 16 GB de RAM y 952 gb de SSD. Afortunadamente si cuenta con su cargador de corriente (de lo cual tenía duda si venía incluido por algunos comentarios que leí). Se reciente un poco la baja calidad de imagen al contar con pantalla HD ( la mayoría ya cuenta con Full HD en adelante) y que la carcasa sea totalmente de plástico, pero considerando el precio y el hardware que ofrece creo que es la mejor laptop en cuanto a calidad-precio que pude encontrar en Amazon, saludos.
