I’ve been buying vacuum bags for years and they always seem to pop open. These are such a good idea as you strap them in and zip them up to stop them escaping. The cube shape means that you can stack them too and handles on the side allow you to move them about. There’s also a window so you can pinpoint the right one when you want to swap over winter to summer etc.

Having the outer zip case makes these bags worth the money. Inevitably the vacuum will not last but the outer case holds everything together and preserves the storage space

I've had these in the past and have just bought more. They hold the vac seal well and have a study canvas outer bag with handles. The small holds a 10.5 double duvet easily or 2 double 4.5. it's about the size of a small hand luggage. The next size is same height but wider, holds a king 10.5 and a king 4.5 easily. I put a card tag around the handle so it's easy to identify what's I in each one.

It’s expensive. But seems to be working well, winter coats are suitably squashed and no air leakage that I can see. The inner attached bag doesn’t feel very robust when you are packing it but it does seem to be holding.

Having bought a cheaper alternative that was no use at all I bought the Lakeland one. Usually with vacuum bags they don't tend to collapse into uniform shape but with the tote bag to guide your packing of the inner bag your pile of clothes shrink down before your eyes, fit the tote beautifully and you zip the lid and away goes all your bulky winter jumpers and coats. I condensed 3 plastic storage boxes to just 2 of these, saving so much space and looking neat on the top shelf of my wardrobe. Planning to tackle the winter duvets next.

Over the years I have bought the Lakeland Vacuum Storage Bags in various sizes. I would recommend this item; the quality is excellent and it's an easy way to keep duvets and bulky items stored and clean when not needed.

These are the best vacuum bags EVER!!! They actually work and stay vacuumed. Yes a bit expensive but definitely get what you pay for! I can’t express how amazing these are and they hold a colossal amount too.. definitely won’t be disappointed with buying these!
