DO NOT BUY!!! Trust me, you will regret it. This is the worst printer I have had in 30 years. The default paper tray is set to tray ones which is a manual tray that needs to manually be open and is designed to always be empty. The printer always says it’s out of paper because it is always set to the manual tray as the default. It is a complete nightmare and often I have to give up and not be able to print something. I reached out to HP and they are absolutely no help. My IT person also came to my house and I paid him to try to fix it and he sat on the phone with HP and we are still in the same status!!! I bought two of these printers and HP should be replacing them for me!!!!

Can be put on the network and the admin password credentials can be changed and secured on the network. I like the printer i have one in my office.

Excellent features and output quality.

Good: Great print quality. Lightening fast print jobs. Compatible with mixed Windows and Mac environments. Price is not bad for a heavy duty laser printer. Bad: Despite what the product listing says, there is no WiFi on this device. Setup was an absolute pantload; should be plug it in, install the driver, done. The ironically named Easy Start Pro that HP insists one install is an absolute dumpster-fire. (And I've worked in IT for 30-ish years.) Ugly: End-user support is so bad as to be surreal. Want to burn up some otherwise productive mornings talking to someone who is completely clueless on the product and cannot communicate at a level most grammar school students can pull off? Why reach out to HP "support"! I finally worked around their incompetence and resolved the issue on my own, but HP's support is the worst it has ever been, and I've been using their products professionally and personally since the late 80s. All and all, not a bad device. But after the clunky setup and idiotic support, I'm having second thoughts about buying HP again.

I Work for a business. We bought 6 of these printers. All arrived and in good shape but 1. We couldn't get the screen to turn on, hook to our network, and anything we tried did nothing. I returned the printer in the time frame allowed for returns. The seller charged me a 100% re-stocking fee. $444.35. They won't work with Amazon in refunding me either. I have no working printer, I'm out of $444.35, and so frustrated. Sorry for the poor sap they re-sell that printer to. Hope they no the 100% restocking fee.

Great Product and quick shipping! Love the printer!

This machine is more like the HP quality I knew. It prints on glossy card stock and is fast. The colors are more true, however, I had to VIGOROUSLY shake the new cartridges three times to get all the colors to print. Be aware, the first side of the color card stock printed beautifully. The second side smeared after about five or so. I had to let the machine cool down every five or so in order to have it not smear. I recommend printing words on the card first, then any pictures on the other side last. Another brand just plain smeared on card stock. I am pleased, since I was told that lasers couldn't really print on glossy card stock--they tend to smear.
