decent size for both figures the dinosaur you have to put together initially but the iron man is ready out the box and is very posable for a 4-inch figure. The kid loved it.

Bought for my son's birthday. Transforming this toy is a bit harder than I feel it should be for kids. You can put the dinosaur pieces onto iron man as armor. My son just turned 9 and was struggling to click the pieces in place.It's also a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be. But its not a bad choice
