Great for deck railing.
We used these to create 4x4 uprights for a railing on a deck. It worked perfect. Very sturdy, looks great. Very heavy duty metal.

I used this for a handrail on our porch. The posts are very sturdy and installation was easy

Worked well, mounts bolts rust wuicky
Long term? Short term, product is fine. After a few months, bolts supplied to bolt to deck are rusting. I suggest buying and using stainless bolts as I will replace those supplied. So far brackets are good.

Exactly what I wanted
Fit a 4x4 post perfectly. Seemed to be built fairly well and once screwed in the posts were nice and sturdy. Well worth the money.

Good product, NO Instructions
Great sturdy product. Comes with box of screws and anchors. There are no instructions to tell you which size bit to use if using the anchors and if need to make pilot holes for installation into wood/composite/concrete.

Hardware is the WRONG COMMIT
The post bases are nice but i see why they were cheap now. They provide both bras and silver hardware which is no good to me. So i have to go spend over 100 buying black bolts. Very very lame. In a time crunch so can’t return to but the better ones that come with black hardware

Good quality.but don’t fit exactly 4x4 lumber
I had to use old and dry 4x4 treated lumber to get it to fit. You can use the new lumber but you have to shave it on the corner.
