Gentle sweetness, and great apricot taste
This is not a sickly sweet jam. The sweetness is gentle and gives room for the apricot flavour to come through. It's also more chunky sauce than jellied jam, but the consistency is excellent and works well on keto toast. The only downside I can see is that it's far too tempting to just dip a spoon in and eat straight from the pot.

It isn't overly sweet with zero sweetener aftertaste, I like the fact that it has real fruit in it with that slight tang, I like this one and would be buying again. Also not as runny as the other flavour I bought perhaps because of the chunks of fruit in it

Littlebit too chunky but amazing taste
There is a bit too much whole fruit in it so you can't spread it straight from the bottle but you can blend it with an immersion blender if you want. Really great taste overall! This wasn't my last purchase, amazing!

This is good jam!
I’m not sure why customers are saying this is so thin and runny. No it is not thick like Jelly. It is a jam. I think the consistency is fine for toast. I will be using it in my sauce over chicken or pork recipes that call for the fruit sauces. I do not find any unpleasant aftertaste like some mentioned either. All In all I am satisfied with this jam and will be ordering another flavor as well. It is pricey, but then anything keto, which is what I’m using it for, is pricey. It goes with the territory and I’m used to that.
