My baby LOVES this toy. It’s been one of his favorites since he was just a couple of months old. His face lights up when the penguin flaps his arms! I like that it doesn’t have a bunch of lights on it and the songs that it plays are a little less annoying than other baby toys! lol

This penguin is totally worth the money! My baby LOVES this guy during tummy time and floor play. The wings flap which keeps babies preoccupied and the toy will move back and forth if on a flat, hard surface. VERY IMPORTANT: change the batteries after a few sessions as the wings will stop working. Wings will flap again once you change them!!!

My 4 month old’s favorite toy!

My 5 month old son loves this toy but it broke after only a couple weeks of play. The wings no longer flap...very disappointing. **Edit: apparently he just needed new batteries. Once the batteries start to get low the wings slow/stop. Its now been played with by 2 babies over a year apart

This toy is awesome! Our little girl was very entertained at tummy time. Its the only way my husband and I can enjoy a meal sitting at the table. So her mat we call it "her work station" and the penguin is her boss ...lololol. My daughter is almost 3 months.

Editing my review from two to five stars! We got in touch with Fisher-Price directly and opened a support case about the wings. They told me to change out the batteries they come with because they’re only tester batteries. I hadn’t thought to change the batteries because it still played music very loudly and made all the other noises, so I had assumed the problem was with the wings themselves since that was our only problem. Well, I switched the batteries anyway and the wings work again! My daughter and I are both very happy! My daughter LOVES this penguin but it stopped working within a month. It doesn’t move at all anymore and spending $40 to replace it is ridiculous if it will also stop working that fast. Trying to contact anyone about it also seems to be a dead end.

Update: My baby is now one and still absolutely adores this toy. It makes him laugh and he still is really engaged with it. We've been playing with it since he was three and a half months old, and he has loved it ever since. It's so adorable! The movement is gentle, and the music is fun without being annoying for parents. It has been very durable as well! Well worth the price for how long it's fun for babies, and it’s really engaging for tummy time and other play.

This penguin is brilliant - we bought one as a gift for friends two years ago, and after being a favourite of theirs, we bought our own when our time came. Our baby has loved it from newborn and still currently at 5 months. It’s been ideal for our little one to watch independently whilst in his bouncer, the music lasts long enough to keep him engaged without the need to constantly be on stand-by to press play again. It was perfect for when our baby wasn’t quite able to play with anything, but needed entertainment as well as giving us a little hands-off break. We found the volume level of the music just right too - many toys we have bought in the past have been way too loud! Definitely had our moneys worth out of this, however after being used 2-3 times daily for the past 4+ months, the motor is starting to sound a little sorry for itself. Added safety feature - if the battery cover isn’t on properly, it will beep to alert you.
