I'd been fighting against having to use a wheelchair for a long time now. I never wanted to give in to the need to use one. Plus, I was not confident that the chair we'd be able to afford would work very well at all. I was so wrong! This chair is amazing. It runs on both asphalt as well as the mowed grass in our park areas/fields near our home. It seems to effortlessly negotiate through the grassy areas as easily as it does on the streets. Plus, it definitely can go as fast as is necessary, with it's ability to gain more power by simply pushing it's "plus" button that gives it more power to travel so well, even over rough areas on our streets, and out in our grassy areas. I just have fallen in love with this chair, and am now sad that it took me so long to agree to even trying out a motorized wheelchair.

Really disappointed...the description states it's good for up to 330 pounds. I purchased this for my mother who only weighs just over 200. The chair is slow to move when someone is in it. That's not even the worst, it won't turn to the right! It turns to the left, but will not turn to the right. And it's disappointing to spend all of this money on something that says it's really great when in reality, someone who isn't even close to the weight limit, has limitations on it's turning ability. I would caution against this unfortunately.

This chair is a really nice chair...but I only gave it 3 stars because you can't sit on a slant. Sometimes it will roll down. A couple of times it has moved on it's own with out me touching the controller! It is also jerky when you're turning, but it doesn't bother me. The foot petals and the back raise and lower great. I have a roho cushion that I sit on and I can recline and sleep in the chair very comfortably. It also has a good battery, it holds a charge for a long time. I ride around alot inside my home and go outside in some rocks and grass a couple times a week and I only have to charge it about once a week. I plug it in and charge it all night while I sleep. It takes that long for a full charge. I broke one of my wires and this seller was really nice and helped me out. I do reccomend this chair but just be very careful on hills! I've had it for 15 months now and it's still working great!

The chair is easily assembled. Battery life is decent. It doesn’t do well on bumpy or wet surfaces.

Very sturdy and stable. I use it to get around my property outside. Gets good traction in gravel and grass. I also use it when we travel, it folds up and stores ok. Has a lithium battery and runs for a long time. Very easy to operate with the joystick 🕹️. I highly recommend it.

Product was delivered in a badly damaged box. The portion the headrest goes into was bent and I had to bend back to round to put the headrest on. The leg rear are not long enough for me. I tried to adjust but they are simply not long enough. I charged the battery for a whole day and it will not hold a charge. Over all this product isn’t worth the money spent.

Box arrived and was pretty well beat up. I wasn't sure if I should open it as there may have been extensive damage. Took a chance and opened it. It was in good shape and nothing damaged however the knob/bolt to hold the remote in place in the arm was missing. Not a really big deal as the rod goes far enough into the arm that it doesn't come out easily but would still be nice to have. Update - seller contacted me almost immediately and sent the knob that was missing. Great customer service

I received mine on the April 16 not happy at all I'm around 300 pounds have one paralyzed leg it would not turn left or right the front wheels are to big I was not happy at all
