Burgundy red
This was my first time using Overtone, and I had a really good experience. It was easy to use, straightforward, and didn’t feel overwhelming at all. Everything worked smoothly, and I was able to get started quickly without any confusion. Will be getting more!!!

Stains everything but your hair
This dyed everything but my hair. I was told this would help blend my blonde roots in with my dyed red hair. It DIDNT. It barely had any effect on my dyed red hair at all. But what it does color is your sink, shower and towels. I have used other color conditioners and they dont stain everything. It also left my hair feeling like straw and washed out the next time my hair got wet.

It works ok...I've used it several times and it brings some color but it doesn't really cover the gray much...so bummed

Didn't work-Auburn
I have used Overtone before in a dark red and it was wonderful at maintaining my color so I didn't have to dye it as often. I was excited when they finally came out with a auburn but this did nothing! It did not refresh my color at all! I'm hoping it was just a bad batch and I will try again 🤞

Beautiful color
Great product doesn’t cover the grey but the color is beautiful!

Not the vibe
The Auburn brown is basically ginger. There is no brown to be found in this color. I wanted to go darker but keep the reddish tone which I thought this would be perfect for. I’m still a bright copper ginger 🤷🏼♀️

I bought this to refresh my auburn look in between salon appointments. And wow it gave me more vibrancy than I expected. Left it on for 3-4 minutes and did a 2:1 ratio of overtone to regular conditioner. This was the result!
