This is the best brush I have ever had. My eight year old granddaughters who have beautiful long hair were staying with me and this is the brush they were using. I tried it and was amazed at how thoroughly it brushed my hair with ease (my hair is fine). So I bought one for myself. I brush my hair thoroughly first thing in the morning and before I go to bed. I have been using the brush for several months now. My hair is still fine but thicker and its condition has improved. Love the brush wouldn't be without it.

These are very expensive, but the quality is lovely. As long as I don't lose it, it should last for as many years as the previous one. Nice size too.

Great brush for long hair

Excellent product and first class service by the vendor and Amazon. Amazon's first attempt at delivery to the Counter failed as the shop (4 Fitzroy Street Cambridge) decided to close for the day. Second delivery worked but, when I went to collect, the shop at first refused to accept my Delivery Code and insisted I open the Amazon website. After much discussion amongst the two staff, they decided my Delivery Code was acceptable. They appeared not to have a clue what to do and couldn't care less that I had to make a special trip to collect because the first delivery attempt failed.

Very happy with product. Came early and well packed. Have used Mason & Pearson for years. Great brush with cleaner. Love it! Glad we can get via Amazon.

Depuis plus de 40 ans j'utilise la brosse Mason Pearson comme celle que j'ai achetée récemment. C'est la seule brosse qui s'occupe bien de mes cheveux car je brosse mes cheveux matin et soir. J'ai essayé d'autres brosses mais ce n'est pas la même chose. J'ai plus de 70 ans et ma coiffeuse dit que j'ai une très bonne chevelure. Alors je suis reconnaissante à Mason Pearson pour continuer de vendre leurs brosses, certes chères mais je n'hésite pas car, de plus, je peux garder une telle brosse longtemps avant d'être obligé de la remplacer.

I have had the mason pearson brush for about 2 years now and I absolutely love the mix of boar and nylon in the brush! It holds onto my fine-medium hair beautifully and pulls down any scalp oil at my crown into my ends. I use this on day 1-3 hair only. If I can make it to day 3-4 hair or i use scalp oil I use an inexpesnive boar only brush. The mason pearson brush has rubber on the base that can detiorate over time with xposure to some oils and products. I do baby this brush. I clean it out of any hair every use. I sue the brush cleaning tool about 1x a week and I give the brush a full water and mild soap cleaning 1x every 2 months- being very veyr carful not to get any water into the hole and then letting the brush dry fully. Yes this brush is expensive. Is it worth it? Yes, for me it is worth it. I lose much less hair now with regular use and my har is absolutely looking and feeling more healthy over these 2 years. This feels so good on my scalp and it really pulls down the oils into my medium-long hair mids and ends.
