Slimpal Heat Pads for Period Pain Relief, Menstrual Heating Pad for Cramps

Bought “instant heat” pads for 15 yr old daughter. She sufffers from adhd, as most kids do these days, so forever losing, forgetting to reorder, forgetting to use when she has them. Swore blind they were a miracle cure for her period pains. Fast forward 3 months - “why don’t you use these again, why haven’t you asked me to buy again etc. etc” Thought I’d check on an “everlasting solution”. Found this. Not one to review unless a damn good reason. This is one of those. It claims it doesn’t work for everyon, and other reviewers confirm that. It seems for the vast majority it does. It begs the question (for me at least as a concerned father and once husband) how on earth these devices (and the short term single use pads) aren’t used as a default by almost all women round the world. For my daughter, the single use pads and now this “never run out, always on” COMPLETELY eliminates her period pains / literally within a minute or so of applying. Last night, second using, she fell asleep with it still going, something that would have normally taken hours to achieve with all the associated pain - to the extent she woke up the next am 100% refreshed, but found the device had run out of charge - of course it had. She’d almost mediates cellar asleep, pain free. A first for all the years since she started menstruating. I just cannot believe there are so many (ie almost all) women around the world that put up ( and the rest of the family too) with the monthly cycle of misery whether is a £16 solution that will remove that pain FOR LIFE! I know it’s a sample of one in my case. But she would NEVER admit to something like this working for her unless it was a more than 100% “cure”. I say again - why on earth are there so many women out there who allow their and others lives to be a misery 4 days every month for 30 years or more when ther is this blindingly simple and brilliant solution? No - apparently won’t work for everyone- but look at other reviews. Appears to be around 85% successful. Do yourself or someone you care about a favour. And if it doesn’t work, return it - what have you got to lose?! Only flaw is that I wish it lasted longer! I use it for my time of month mainly, and it’s been a lifesaver, especially with the vibration feature. Heat helps but as I have bad pain associated with my periods, massaging my stomach and moving around (a lot!!) is what I’ve to normally do, this allows me to remain somewhat still as it does the work for me. My partner loves the heating function, and finds it could be hotter but that’s preference as I find the heat at its highest to be too much at times! Again, only flaw is that I wished it didn’t need to be charged as often and it lasted longer.

I wish I had purchased this device sooner. It has helped with my monthly stomach cramps to the point that I hardly take painkillers!! It's comfortable to wear and generates the right amount of heat. This was money well spent.

I was worried that this wouldn’t be hot enough, I needn’t have been. I use it on the middle setting, that’s hot enough. I use it for back pain. I bought two, one to have on charge and one to wear. I’ve started wearing it while walking the dogs now it’s cold and it helps keep me warm. I’ve recommended them to so many people now. It’s great value for money. My other one is a different brand and that one turns itself off after 20 minutes or so which is actually quite annoying, this one stays on until you turn it off. It’s light and slim fitting, people wouldn’t know you were wearing it. I don’t use the vibration setting, as I bought it for heat, but it does vibrate well. It’s very easy to use.

The concept of item is great but there can be some changes : 1st the vibration is just too intense even at low intervals it was intense and too noisy. 2nd: heating is low even at yellow light i cant feel anything. Other wise product is good in softness and comfort the temperature hardly rises up to 20°c even on yellow.

What a brilliant gadget, does exactly as described, bought for a friend who suffers with bad menstrual pains, she used it for the first time 2 days ago , she was over the moon with it, she said the heat and massage together worked perfectly and really helped with the pains, would absolutely recommend this product and seller. It's easy to use ,charges quite quickly, has adjustable strap up to 47 inches, is lightweight, well made and durable and has a curved design . Perfect

Works really well and the heat and vibration settings are good too. I used it during my pregnancy and on my periods as well as it’s not as hot as a water bottle so is nicer on the skin Charge could do with lasting a little longer but you can’t win them all

Ive had this for well over a year now, and I use it from time to time. The battery life is pretty poor, but unless you are using it for a chronic condition, you shouldn’t really need to use it for an extended period of time. Fully charging takes a while but you can charge with any usb c, leave it overnight and not think about it. For me it has not been a replacement for hot water bottles but an addition, hot water bottles are far hotter and feel instantly relieving, this takes a few mins to heat up. That being said, the discretion of it is really what makes it worth its money. Putting it on under my clothes before a long drive and then going straight into work, literally no one is the wiser, that even i forget its there. Its as flat and discreet as a electric device can be, and i have no issues concealing it despite being quite slim. Honestly, if you’re realistic about what you’re using it for, then its a worthwhile purchase.

Ho provato questa fascia riscaldante e massaggiante durante il mio ciclo e devo dire che è davvero comoda. Ti tiene ben caldo e aiuta a rilassare i muscoli, riducendo leggermente il mal di pancia. Ovviamente non elimina completamente il dolore, ma sicuramente lo allevia un po', rendendo il periodo più tollerabile. La trovo molto utile nei giorni più dolorosi, anche se va usata insieme ad altri rimedi. Il materiale è morbido e confortevole, e si adatta bene al corpo. Consigliata a chi cerca un po’ di sollievo nei giorni del ciclo!

Looks nice. I tried it on third day period pain and it doesn’t relieve my pain. Unfortunately! If it doesn’t work for third day period pain it sure doesn’t work for first day pain. It’s just isn’t warm enough. To bad! I really wanted to make it work.

Este producto lo compramos para atender el dolor provocado por el dolor menstrual, la vibración dejó de funcionar y solo se ha utilizado durante dos periodos, este iba a ser el tercero pero dejó de funcionar. Una pena, nunca sufrió golpes ni nada, si me siento estafado.
