Great stuff!
I’ve been using this product for only 2 days and I love it! Firstly - it smells gorgeous. Secondly - a tiny amount goes a long way. I’ve been using it as a finish on dry hair and it’s made my frazzled ends feel really soft. I can’t comment on what the long term usage will be like, but so far I’m loving it. Only advice would be to be careful not to use it too close to your roots as it would probably make it look greasy.

really protects hair between washes
Really nice - does feel slightly sticky at first, possibly as it contains castor oil, which I love for my hair - but once absorbed feels like it really protects hair between washes

Good
Good for wavy hair , leaves your hair shiny , and good for repairing coloured hair

My hair loves this!!
Hair type: coarse, bleached and coloured After bleaching my hair several times, going dark again and then changing my mind and rebleaching,my poor little hair was feeling very sorry for itself. I have chin length thick coarse textured hair coupled with chemical damage and rough ends from razor cutting. As this range isn't cheap I decided to just buy the pre shampoo and the leave in serum. The pre shampoo is thick and creamy like conditioner, I left this in for 1 hour even though the packaging said 5 minutes. Afterwards I used my regular shampoo and conditioner then applied the leave in serum to wet hair. The packaging said two drops but I know my thick coarse hair will need more so I used 4/5. The serum is a thick oil and it does take a little time to sink in but I let my hair air dry until almost fully dry and then finished with a blow dryer.i could tell straight away that the pre shampoo and serum had already made a big difference as it's usually frizzy and flyaway while drying and needs considerable straightening afterwards but this time was blowing smooth and shiny. I did need a tiny bit more serum on the ends afterwards and yes it does take a little while to dry in but as with most serums that's to be expected. Once dry it feels a million times softer, less coarse and looks smoother and more styled. I can't wait to see what difference regular use makes. So far I love it. Some users have mentioned the scent but honestly it smells lovely..just like something your hairdresser would use

Amazing
It’s the first time I’ve used it and I’m actually surprised how it is. My very damaged hair was silky and smooth after only literally one use. The bottle is quite big for a really good money so I will definitely buy it again.

The most unbelievable products - if you’ve got a bad bleach jobs/breaking hair - try this!!!
Bad bleach jobs? This is the FIX!!! 🤩🤩 I had 2 bad bleaches last year (April and October) and by early March 2026 my hair was noticably snapping off at the point of re growth… I’m taking 2 inches of hair length from scalp. All over. I was loosing MASSES of hair every day, and I didn’t have a lot to play with to begin with! With very fine and thin hair, it quickly became very scary with only enough for the most scrawniest of ponytails, and a genuine fear that I would be left with a boy cut if this continued. So I began researching bonding treatments and this one was well reviewed to I opted for the full set, pre shampoo, shampoo, conditioner and leave in serum. I paid arojnd £30 for the set of 4 items. The best £30 I’ve ever spent!! On useage 1 (no joke!) I could feel the difference. My hair was less flyaway, it honestly felt stronger and thicker, and I was shocked by the visible improvement. The combination of things I’ve done to stop the rest of my hair falling out is this: Silk scrunchies (less than a fiver on amazon for 2) Silk pillow cases (I think £6 for 2 on Amazon) Wide tooth comb when wet, no wrapping hair up in a towel at all. (Hair is apparently most breakable when wet!) Boar bristle brush, arojnd £10 on amazon. This I only use when styling as it glides over the hair to style it but not truly brush it. Decreased from washing hair daily -> every 3 days. This stuff is expensive, no doubt when compared to normal shampoo and conditioner. The bottles aren’t big and you’ll get a few weeks worth out of the set. But… it works. That’s all there is to it. If your hair is breaking… take a chance on this stuff, it is amazing! Plus it smells incredible and the smell lasts the first 2 days easily which you don’t get from normal shampoo. Quite simply, this has saved my hair. It can’t grow back whats broken off, but it CAN stop any more excessively breaking off.

Good item
This leave‑in works really well — it makes my hair feel stronger, smoother and much easier to manage. The texture is lightweight and doesn’t leave any greasy or heavy residue. It helps reduce frizz, adds softness, and gives a healthy shine without weighing the hair down. A great product for repairing and protecting hair as part of a daily routine.

it’s alright
hard to really review. my bleach damaged hair has gone through a lot this year. i like having another step in my haircare routine with bond repairing properties. but this has a bit of a weird. tacky texture on skin and on the hair. not sure if it really has helped to rebuild bonds in my hair since i have also started using K18 products. not a bad serum if you’re looking for one, but there are serums with better textures.

Not really feels like a serum
Its very greasy and weird texture. Doesnt feel like a serum but more like a hard gel or something

Didn’t Work For Me
The online reviews really hyped this up. It did nothing for my hair. I love Loreal and have plenty of their products that I swear by but this one didn’t gel with me.
