is this hat good for a 2 year old with plenty hair?

I think it might be too large for a 2 year old.

why does this hat say it's made from 100% wool but on the RL website it is shown as 80% wool,20% nylon.? something is wrong here

I don't know the answer to this question but I do know that you can buy hats that are just as warm for a quarter the price!
