A Child's Seasonal Treasury, Education Edition

It’s a great resource for waldorf kindergarten and first grad verses. It’s got seasonal poems, songs, crafts, and lovely art to give ideas for your chalkboard. There are also some recipes and a couple stories.

This is a must have for nature and Waldorf-inspired learning in the home! Includes songs (with melody line! yes!), verses/readings, finger plays, recipes, and project/craft guides. My children are drawn into the beautiful pictures, as well.

This book is wonderful and has helped me enhance my daily circle time with my children. I would recommend it to anyone look for beautiful songs, verses, finger plays, recipes, crafts, etc.!

This book was a little bland.

I am very happy with this book. My kids love the little poems...they are easy to read...some are short (great for my 2 and 4 year old) and some are longer. There are songs recipes a s crafts. I just love this book so much!!

This book is filled with treasures! Poems, verses, blessings, finger plays! We love it. Both my 5 year old and 1 year old love to pick pages to read. The organization into seasons is perfect.

I bought this book as a way to make homeschool more creative and fun. It has definitely been a special part of our day. The children love the songs and poems and they like to memorize the poems in this book as a fun activity. The crafts and recipes are also wonderful and they try to play the songs on the piano that are provided. The cover of this book is soft and feels like great quality. We use this book everyday and have for the past 2 years and it's still in good shape. I recommend this book to anyone with children between the ages of two to nine

Keeping life simple and close to creation

Very nice collection and good ideas for your time with children. BUT: I didn't know (and I have no clue why) there is a cook book included on the first 153(!) pages! So half of the book is a different book that I don't want to have at all. I also read that this edition is printed on lower quality to make it more affordable, actually I hope that I will have it in my hands quite often so I am thinking about sending it back and getting the higher quality version (without the cookbook hopefully!) Still four stars for the content of the actual book, minus one for the confusing cookbook inside.

Great treasury of seasonal songs, poems, handcrafts.

What a beautiful beautiful book. It's colourful, well set out, lots of lovely seasonal verses, poems, songs, games, activities, recipes and more. It is definitely A Child's Seasonal Treasury and a treasure which I'm so glad to have found. Highly recommended.
