Are these ginuine energizer batteries? The sleeve /carton looks fake.

They are. Haven’t had an issue with them at all.

Why can these only be recharged 150 times when others can be recharged up to 1,000 times?

Energiser make a very hi powered rapid charger for these batteries. They rate batteries using this charger as they know you may use one as I do. It is a superior rapid charger but the batteries do get very hot. Energiser can take this but it will shorten the life charging cycle. They will happily do 500 cycles on a standard slow charger.
