Great for Deep Sleep
Pretty decent for a calm supplement! Knocked me out within 30 minutes and had a good quality of deep sleep every time I took this supplement. I used it in conjunction to magnesium glycinate and ashwagandha, and did not have any adverse effects between the 3. Very good as an alternative to melatonin, especially if you get super tired after waking up when taking melatonin.

Not Returnable even though arrived broken?
I Like this product but glass bottle came broken. I Can see cracked glass and powder from capsules through plastic packaging and Amazon will not let me return/replace. Would be happy with a replacement

Large pills
The pills are much larger than i expected, which makes it difficult to swallow. I noticed only little difference after taking the supplement.

I was skeptical but it's very calming
I tried this out when on a promo price, as I love the probiotic. I am impressed. I just feel noticeably very chilled out, but with my normal energy level, not tired. My job is stressful and I can take this without slowing down. Subscribed!

Honestly not sure if they worked but I did sleep through the night. I woke up a few times which is good for me and when I did wake up I sort of felt as if I was spinning so I quickly got myself back to sleep to ignore that feeling. I will keep trying to see if they work but I take it as a win considering I got sleep!

Best CALM
I have tried all of Arrae's products and the calm is my favorite. I am a conessuier of products that calm and this is by far the best. I take it daily at the end of my day so I am able to wind down, reflect and process. I love the product and the company and highly recommend giving it a try to bring peace in to your body and mind.
