Poor Customer Service
Extremely Disappointing Service — Warranty Completely Ignored I purchased four JBL Stage XD-6 speakers from ListenUp through Amazon. Two of them developed serious audio distortion, making the music sound unacceptable. For nearly three months, I have repeatedly contacted ListenUp, submitted photographs, and requested warranty assistance, yet they have failed to provide any meaningful response or solution. I have been a loyal JBL customer, but ListenUp’s complete lack of accountability and after-sales support has made this an extremely frustrating experience. Based on how they have handled my legitimate warranty claim, I cannot recommend purchasing JBL speakers—or any other product—from this seller.

Nice poolside speakers
Coupled this with an older receiver and added an OSD Sub and Amp and it’s great full range sound.

Great Sound / Great Build
I was a little concerned when I first unpacked then and they were lighter than the ones I was replacing. Those concerns were put to rest after just an evening with them. They aren't even broken in yet, but they're clearer, louder, and more dynamic. They're sealed enclosures with 6.5" woofers, so they don't reach very deep, but anyone familiar this this style of speaker already knows that about them. I have them connected to a Bluesound Powernode which seems to be an excellent pairing.
