Nice, low amount of milligrams (500) was what I was looking for..being on other meds. Kept finding higher milligrams in drug stores. Over time, saw results in hair growth, filling in space. Have ordered several times.

Safe product
So far it hasn't caused insomnia like my last brand that turned out to be 500x the amount you should take. At least it helped my hair grow back in. Hope this will support my hair growth in time.

Great value and I think they work, but can't promise anything
Simply put, I think they work like they should. I really can't validate that, as I also take multi vitamins now that have biotin in them as well. Either way. Great quality and value from the online research I did.

Helpful for thinning hair
This has been helpful with hair loss and strengthening my nails but I need to take at least 2 a day to do any good

500 mg Biotin
This is one of the few products that has 500 mg of biotin. I wanted to increase my intake by 500 mg only because I have biotin in my regular vitamin. It has zero taste or smell and is so small it’s easy to swallow. You can’t beat the price either. It’s a high quality product from Whole Foods.

Excellent for attaining strong and healthier nails, but will take 3 months to see results. I am delighted to find a B vitamin with only 500 milligrams potency.
