Is the fireplace safe around children and pets?

Yes. The main body remains cool to the touch (heat only comes from the top vent), and it features a built-in thermal cut-out to prevent overheating.

What is the heat output?

The heater has two heat settings: 1kW and 2kW. Warm air is released through the front air outlet.

Can it be fitted against a flat wall?

Yes. A 110mm full-depth spacer allows the fire to be installed against a suitable flat wall without requiring a full-depth recess.
