I have only used hyaluronic acid externally and this is my first attempt to use it internally. I searched up information and it looks like most clinical studies recommend taking a daily dosage of 90 to 120 milligram (mg) per day and this particular Supplement is 150mg with a recommended dosage of one capsule a day. So this bottle is enough for 3 months. It has no taste or scent, but is easy to swallow and does not give me any bad side effects. I am taking this supplement for my skin as I have recently had some skin condition treatments which have affected the hydration level in my body, so I am hoping that this supplement will boost my body back to normal more quickly. I hope it will accelerate my return to normal skin hydration. So far so good.

Been using this Lipsomal HLA now for years. I noticed the last bottle ordered on Amazon did not have the same effect with my osteoarthritis. My hands started to have the familiar pain again. I had a few Renue HLA bottles purchased several years ago, when it was advertised to be HMW. Even if you ask the AI assistant on the Renue site today, it still tell you it's HMW. I contacted Renue By Science directly and was told they use LMW now. LMW HLA is now been implicated in cancer per studies. Only HMW is safe to avoid this risk. I'm going with another product which contains HMW, this cannot be found on Amazon.

Having now been taking this for about 2 months, I believe I am starting to see some improvement in my right knee as a result of a ski injury that caused partial tears in my ACL, PCL and MCL. Although the discomfort in my knees is still that and just now part of normal life, I not sensing it as much after taking these Hyaluronic acid capsules. Whether or not this is due to this product alone or while taking with other MSM and Chondroitin products, I'm not really sure but so far this combination appears to be working, and I will continue to use as such. With regards to the capsule size, I would say they're medium in size and easy for me to swallow with a sip of water. Would definitely recommend this to others seeking alternative therapies associated with knee pain or discomfort.

I ordered the Renue By Science HLA Supplement to help with joint issues. I am not sure how well hyaluronic acid is absorbed when it is consumed orally in this manner, but I thought it could not hurt. The bottle came well sealed, both inside and out. The capsules are pretty small and narrow, and opaque white. There was no odor upon opening the inner seal, which seemed to have been domed as if air had been trapped inside the bottle when sealed. Because of their small size, the capsules are easy to swallow, and there is no aftertaste. Another nice feature here is that the bottle contains a 90 days supply, These capsules seem worth a try. I will follow up on this report if I make any positive observations after taking this product for a while.
