Purchased this as a set with the front wheel mount. It works perfectly for my husbands bike, we traveled 500 miles round trip and it held the bike securely, even when he accidentally drove under a tree branch and hit it. Unfortunately my husband left it on our car after we were finished our trip and it did start to rust.

I mounted this on my jeep, worked well. Strap, after a year, the Velcro doesn’t hold so I am looking now for replacement strap, thus the 4 stars.

Super nice and sturdy! I was surprised to find a item that was this affordable to install in my truck. You're gonna have to get a drill and make sure you know what you're drilling into just in case you don't have to go that deep but you're gonna need to make a hole and then that way you can submit the screws in there. Make sure your drillbit can drill through metal and not wood for those who may not know other than that, you're ready to rock 'n' roll and hit some trails dude here's to some shredding.

Appears to be good quality. I could not use it because it would not work with my crossbars.

Velcro strap failing within 1-1/2 yr use

This worked well for me. Had to drill 2 holes in the bed of my truck because I don't have a rack. But it holds the bike in very well. The velcro is strong and even hold in when wet.

Would be a 5 but the edges are sharp and tear the Velcro. I took a meta file to the edges and it stopped the issue for me.

Worked great for my application. I did not use the provided hardware, instead i used self tapping screws to mount to my trucks bed. If you want the ability to remove/install it as needed, then i would suggest using rivet nuts.

The Velcro strapping is useless. It tears extremely easy and will release the bike wheel allowing it to fall from the Bike Rack. Damaging your valuable bike.
