Light, cheap and very effective. Great buy!
Almost felt like the box was empty. I pulled it out and it's light plastic on the brink of destruction. HOWEVER... the lights are large and they do their job. Now I have to admit, I almost sent this back, but a non-toxic spray, that I found, wasn't as effective, or quick, as I'd liked it to be. I'm really glad that I forgot to take it with me, when I went out, and never returned it. Later, in the day, the flies returned and I unpacked it. Wow. Light and cheap. Still... I plugged it in, turned the lights off and left it in the kitchen to do its work. That night, the cracks were loud enough to startle my cats. This thing is a serious killer. Worth every penny. The ONE thing that I might mention, is the cord. I would've preferred something more substantial but it's just a preference and won't affect my rating. Omt, the crackle is a VERY satisfying sound, especially when you hear your first bug fry.

It actually works (2 year update)
I was worried if the LED lamp would perform as well as the traditional fluorescent lamps. After a week I can confirm that it does attract bugs. My work area doesn’t have a lot of bugs that I’m aware of, but judging from the amount of bugs on the catch gray, it looks like there were more bugs than I thought. Although flies don’t seem to be that attracted to UV light. I’ve only seen one fly getting trapped. Update: It's been a year and the light is still going strong. Just today it zapped 3 bugs. One note is that placement of these lights are very important. If using indoor, you want to place near a corner that help funnel the bug towards the light. Or consider putting something directly to it's sides and shape it like a funnel, that also seems to help. Update (04/2025) Coming close to the 2 year mark and I'm noticing that the lights are now much dimmer. Note that I had been running this light pretty much 24/7 since I bought it, so it's been about 15,000 hours of use. I'm unsure if this is expected degradation for LED bulbs or should I be looking for a different light. Will also explore the option to replace the bulbs if I can take this light apart.

VERY LOUD!
Dog hears it through closed doors and hustles away. I must find a quieter one for the garage! Kills lots of bugs at night! Sometimes during daytime in the garage, but it is not very bright. LED means less cost and hassles, no glass bulbs to recycle, so the trade off is worth it. Connector seems a bit loose but ok so far.

A Bug Zapper
I've been using the PALONE Electric Bug Zapper 3200V for a few weeks now, and it's been a game changer for our mosquito problem. The zapper is incredibly powerful—3200V is no joke! Mosquitoes and other pesky insects are drawn to it and get zapped instantly. I love that it comes with a hanging chain, making it easy to place wherever we need it most. We hung it in the living room, and it has made a noticeable difference. It's surprisingly quiet and doesn't disrupt our daily activities. If you’re dealing with an indoor mosquito issue, this zapper is a must-have. Highly recommend!

USB-C power, no provided brick.
So, the thing runs on USB-C, has specific voltage requirements in the documentation, but no brick is provided. I am set up to test this kind of thing, but I'd be willing to be the average person is not. Kinda silly if you ask me. It works just fine, in seconds it zapped 2 flies. For how long? That remains to be seen.

Keeps flying insets away.
Let me star by saying how can I live without this zapper. It really zaps all kids of flying insects. I almost feel bad, the blue light attracts them and zaps them. It works best at night time where it’s dark But I did notice working trough the day. It’s really silent and doesn’t weight much. Can be place almost anywhere. I can’t wait to bring It on my camping trip. I’m planning to power it with an a battery bank since it’s usb operated. Good product.
