My waist is 28.. which one would be suitable for me

if you check out the picture there is a sizing chart. I am 30" and the small was too small. So I got medium. Small will work. But Id suggest that medium will also - it depends how long you need it to last for.

Ceinture Lombaire .

Trés bonne ceinture qui maintient parfaitement les lombaires lors d'exercices dorsaux ou épaules etc.... Par contre lors de la commande les tailles n'étaient pas spécifiées, j'ai eu de la chance d'avoir pris grand, j'ai juste fait refaire des trous chez le cordonnier !
