Will this work without the fragrance inserts?

This is not working at all we smell nothing

Followed directions, but i dont smell anything. what am i doing wrong?

Totally eliminates unpleasant odors!

These things are AMAZING!! I work in the construction industry in a building with 4 women & 60 some odd men. There were odors in the hallway that made you gag. Not anymore! I couldn't have expected this result. I thought it would make the odors not as bad but it has actually eliminated them!

Battery design is awful.

There is a spring where the batteries go and it took a lot of patience to get it to work. I will not be buying another one.

Quickly stops working!

I have ordered several of these in the last few years and they always stop working within 6 months. I just ordered one 7 weeks ago and now it doesn't work! I like the scent cartridge smell, but dispenser is a bad design.
