Excellent choice
Dog actually lost weight over time. It will take some time, but keeping treats to a minimum, this will work. Been using Science Diet products for 50 years

My dog loves this food and it smells good, not yucky smelling like most dog food!! Lolol Also, he has lost some weight. I will continue to buy it even after he gets to his goal weight, well...my goal weight for him 🤣

Worked well as needs changed for our Big Labrador Retriever
Was an easy transition mixing at first with 128lb lab’s other (Hills) food the first mnonth an then just using this for his “kibble” course. Concurrently, he also trimmed up quite a bit now 120 with minimal other changes.
