No USB-C and dead on arrival
Was dead on arrival unfortunately and had to send a video to the seller which took too much time to resolve. Perhaps the BMS had a problem. This particular model would have been great as it had 2x power outlets but no USB-C. Also stay away from Lithium Ion batteries when there are safer LiPo batteries available

Functional but not as advertised
The pack works but doesn't have the output that was advertised nor the lifespan, that said it does work for things like laptops and phones, via the wall socket, the usb output can be variable, but I still use it. If you need something that works then it's good but not if you have it for things that would need something reliable.

The plug parts don’t work and product doesn’t do what it says.

Excellent product
I would say I highly recommend this product no gadget is perfect but in today's world we're many times you buy something and it's not working I have to highly recommend this product I believe I can safely do so because I have charged speakers multiple gadgets because I am usition and I'm always on the go and it is so reliable even when it's at 50 milliamps you can safely use it liberally all the and it doesn't run out of charge why I give the amount is that I've got or the cheaper power stations that both 60 milliamps and when I charge them they only seem to have 25 volt this item is very solid and sturdy and I think it's a reliable and fairly dependable product that you can depend on the only problem I'm having is that the card is not working and I can't seem to source the right chord for it so much you're what to do now but it can be quite bulky and many times I wanted to stop carrying it but it is so reliable that I always end up using it again so I highly recommend this product thank you Amazon

Broken on the second charge
Got this as a present for camping tested it out and on the second charge the charger broke. Display not showing correct charge dc outlet not working and will not take any charge. I have multiple chargers and none work. Refund in order update got it charging agen but dc outlet overheating excessively to the point it carnt be used. Would not run a 100w kettle

battery life isn’t worth
This device is not much useful as it should, fan make huge noises while charging, and it will be dead when battery comes down to 50%
